Almost Anything Can Happen On A Commando WDW Vacation - Updated 10/17

We get on the bus and head for HS for a 4:30 Hollywood & Vine Fantasmic Package ADR:rolleyes1, when we get off the bus we ask if he has any bus cards and he gives my son 3:woohoo:

We get to H & V and I had a bad feeling about this ADR from when I made it, since it doesn't get great reviews:eek:, As we are being seated the horror starts I spot a dirty napkin on the floor under our table, then I pull out the chair and there are a bunch of crumbs on it:scared1:, I try to overlook these things but during dinner looking around the server in our section is not the biggest clean up person around, others are cleaning the stations but ours is busy talking to the other servers at the drink station:confused3

To be fair the food was not bad, when we were done we wanted to get out to the park she brings the check, and it is about 15mins before she came back, (she was talking over in the drink station:confused3) by the time she finally got the check taking care of, it was another 10mins:scared1:

So dirty napkin under the table, crumbs on seat, and slow & lazy service is enough to prevent us from ever going to H & V ever again:rolleyes1

My wife wanted to go to the Phineas & Ferb M&G since they were now outside (whole different backround) on the way we do Star Tours and get a FP for later:cool1: Then we stand in line a half hour to see P&F again:rolleyes1

We then head to TSM with a 40min wait, seemed a little longer:confused3, then back to Star Tours to use our FP:woohoo:

After ST we head over to Fantasmic, picked up snacks on the way, since we had the dinner package we had reserved section seating, we were in the 2nd row:yay:, as we are waiting it is looking like rain and the announcements start with the show might be postponed or canceled:eek:, it did drizzle for like 5 mins and then stopped, the show did go on:cool1:

We really enjoyed Fantasmic, was our spot worth going to dinner at H&V:confused3 My wife and I still debate that:lmao: Next time we just might take a spot in the reg section and skip the dinner:rolleyes1

After the show we head back to the resort and call it a night, got a long day tommorrow:banana:

Epcot am EMH & MK pm EMH:yay:

great update ron!! we havnt been to h&v in awhile. we didnt have to many problems with wait staff this trip but we did notice the entire property dont employ one bus boy.:lmao: thats the one place where disney cant move people better than anywhere else. i know they are all "out sourced" any more but the cracker barrel has them beat at cleaning tables and moving people in and out as fast as they can. we did notice at cry.pal. that there are 100 people waiting to get in and there are 10 empty tables full of dirty dishes. i never noticed the wait staff clears the tables.

We get to Epcot about 7:30 am for the 8am EMH, We are at the rope drop and you will never in a million years guess what the 1st ride we are heading to is:lmao: that's right The Test Track, we grab a FP and get on (well walk right on):cool1:, then we head over to MS and my son want's to do it twice since there is also no line:woohoo: It is now almost 9 and we head over to Universe Of Energy (I could skip it, but my son loves the Dinos:lmao:) OK its time for a half hour nap, we have the whole row to ourselves:banana: my wife and catch 40 winks while my son is getting into to it:lmao:

Now we have 1 more day left and my wife deciedes it would be nice to do the WS passport:eek::eek: Sure put this on my shoulder this late in the game:scared1: Think she did it on purpose to see if we would complete it:lmao:

When WS opened we got the Passport stamped form Mexico & Norway, then it was time to head to Canada for our 11:35 lunch at Le Ceilliar:cool1: We pretty much walked right in since the 1st seating was 11:30:woohoo: after a brief dispute at the table on the split up of the pretzel breadstick:lmao:
I had the Steak and Chocolate Moose for dessert, AWSOME as always:goodvibes

After lunch we got the passport stamped at Canada, and my son had to go Japan for MORE Pokemon:scared1: so along the way we also got the Passport stamped at UK, France (and a quick M&G with Marie:woohoo:), Morraco & Japan:cool1: After we get even more Pokemon I want to get back to the Resort to catch a nap (we were beat up by this point in the trip, with a 1am MK EMH that night, and a 4 parks the next day, got to catch a nap in somewhere:confused3)

Of course I still have FP's For TT and we use them, then it's off to the Resort for a quick nap:goodvibes, by the time we get to the Resort it is almost 3:eek:

Next up MK EMH

im not saying im happy that my little girl, who is all most 19 and has been to disney 25 times starting at age 9 months, is all grown up and is a freshman in college, but there are a few things i dont miss AT ALL on our wdw trips! :lmao: #1 is waiting in the character lines and #2 is the cardboard face on the paint stir that we wasted a trip stamping and coloring on. today, not sure what ever happen to it.:lmao:its all most like swimming everyday.:confused3 you have a pool in the back yard, if you want to swim all day, stay home!!!:lmao: she did the passport one year and i still have that. glad you got the stamps done and still managed to to get in your nap.:woohoo: nice update ron.:thumbsup2
