My grandma used to do this (she was diabetic but loved to cook for others): sneak a big bite of something, chew it, and spit it out instead of swallowing it.
I know it sounds gross, but if I did that with a big bite of a blueberry muffin or some other sinful creation, would I get more than 10 calories out of it?
It totally got me over wanting to eat the whole thing. Okay, maybe I took 3 bites that way, but still... none of it went down.
Am I the only weirdo?
