I have a few odd allergies (coconut oil and any artificial sweetener (even the "natural" sweeteners i.e. stevia extract) are the 2 big ones) and am able to handle table service and quick service meals by looking ahead at the menus. BUT, I really don't want to waste my time or a CM's time when getting snacks. I was wondering if anybody knew of a spot I can check ahead of time for the ingredients of snacks?

TIA

You can explain and ask for ingredients at the QS and the kiosks. You are not wasting their time, Disney is the best at this and would rather you be safe than sorry, and TBH I'd still ask the chefs at the TS and the Managers at the QS, because I have a similar allergy issue and you would not know those things are in certain items by just looking at a menu ahead of time.

I do ask the chef's at TS....I just usually narrow down my choices to ask specifics (pineapples and mushrooms are other allergies, and tomatoes are an intolerance). I also have a vegetarian who is allergic to some veggies. But neither of us could figure out why I asked to see the chef at Ohana's for breakfast....then we remembered I am tropical intolerant...lol. I hate that most sweetened things now have artificial sweeteners too....why add it to sugared gum, yogurt and "regular" pop?

Then it sounds like you have it under control. Have fun!
