I was talking to some friends the other night about our upcoming Food & Wine trip. After looking over what we plan on spending on our food & Drink choices the question came up about an all you can Eat & Drink Wristband. The idea seems wonderful to me and I would gladly pay for it.

My Question is do you like that idea? If so how much you would you pay, or think it’s worth?

I think I would pay about $75 a day for it. Any higher on the price and I would really make a mess of myself trying to at least break even on the cost (this is my solo trip so it’s all about my enjoyment and fun!) :drinking1

This is just a fun question and I think it would be fun to hear everyone else's thoughts on it?

I don't think $75.00 would get me half way around the World Showcase

I get 2 of the “Le Cellier” beef filet in Canada = $14.00 + a large Moosehead beer $12.25, there's $26.25 gone already in one stop :)

Beer flight at the craft beer kiosk = $13.00

Shrimp ceviche at Florida $4.25

Have to try the New Scotland Loch Lomond $10.50 with a taste of the Scottish Salmon $4.50

I'm up to almost 60 bucks already :lmao:

Maybe I could wash dishes in the kitchen to pay for some of the stuff :rotfl2:

This is what scares me I can't remember how much I spent last year. I did the wrist gift card and just kept putting money on it so I wouldn't be so stingy, more than likely I'll do this again this year

I think its a great idea for guests, but probably not a good idea for Disney themselves. If this were something to be considered, I think it would need to be more than $75 a band to make it worth Disney's time. I'm pretty sure I spend $75 only a quarter of the way around the lagoon.

I would imagine that some people can eat and drink more than me. Thats just what I would pay. Maybe I would do more if I had a early start and close resort:thumbsup2

Great Idea but would need to cost a lot more. Similar to the Swan and Dolphin food and wine classic which has an all you can eat/drink option for $80.00 this year but its only for about 4 hours.

Maybe $75.00 for the all you can eat option.
Adding a limited number of drinks say, 6 for $50.00 would be worth it.

DW and I were just there this past weekend and we only spent $50.00 all the way around WS for both of us. Did not like some of the offerings but others we would have gotten doubles of.

Total Fail!

I was at Epcot for lunch Friday and spent $30.25 in about 1¼ hours and that was food only. I had a large insulated mug with ice water.

If I had gone for the day for both lunch and dinner and some beverages I easily would have gone in the $150 range.

And let's say I went with some friends. I would go to one booth and order two food items and a drink. Same thing next booth, etc., etc., etc.! Each time I would share (or give) to friends. Easily run up $500 in one day this way with two or three friends with me.

wait -- was the mug kind of keg looking, but with a handle, like a big coffee mug? and were you with your spouse with a similar mug? I think I saw you. I noticed the mugs and wondered what was in them....lol

No. I was by myself. And it was an old Wilderness Lodge refillable mug. I am always easy to spot. I ride a bright purple ECV with white Cheshire Cat decals on the side.
