Nope, they are on all floors. You can request first floor for medical reasons, though.

Does anyone know if all the family suites are on the first floor? I need the first due to an upcoming surgery. Thanks!

they are on all floors, but fyi... there are elevators..

I personally prefer a room on an upper floor because we find them MUCH quieter.

I just returned from a quick stay , first time staying here. Arriving at 2 am does not help your room location! LOL Even the CM admitted to this!
(Was going to stay at CBR, and changed last minute to take advantage of a great AP rate here) Glad I did!

Anyway, I have lots of pics I took in the morning that I will post soon on the pic thread..is that where everyone prefers to post them?

I do not have one negative to say! Isnt that refreshing when so many love to bash the values!?!
My request was denied and I was given the Boot! LOL

Country Fair.....the furthest room I think! LOl However, my room was on the end, no traffic of any kind, peaceful , quiet and I had a view of the woods!!

I could have had 2 guests, an armadillo and a toad, I denied them entrance! LOL
The room was recently refurbished..spotless, clean....mattress was so comfortable! No curtain though by the bathroom, though I read that somewhere....I didnt swim, but both pool areas looked lovely, have lots of photos in the early am, (so no swimmers, lol)..I think it was great how they have the pool movies for guests! Saw the very end of Enchanted!

So let me know if you guys prefer photos here or on the photo thread!

I would love to see your pics!! Please post them here. My family has stayed and allstar movies and pop but never here and we are staying here in November!!

I have a family suite booked for November (four nights). I will be recovering from plastic surgery (from my bout with breast cancer ) and would really like a non-smoking first floor suite. What are the best buildings for this? We will have our car so I am planning on driving to most parks so something near the parking lots would be great. I would appreciate any help! I booked the suite so I would have a comfortable space with my two kids that are going with me. I am also wondering if they will have movies by the pool in November. Thanks! I am so excited to get to disney. It has been a while!

I have stayed at POP as well...you will have fun here! With kids and refillable mugs, try and get to check in before midnight, lol and you probably wont end up in CF, if you are not preferred. ALthough, I did not mind the walk, and it was ery peaceful and quiet where my room was located

When we were at AsMU in September at check in they told us all the rooms are now non smoking.

The family suite buildings I believe are 1, 2, 9, and 10.

If I remember right they are all on the 1st floor! I noticed all were pool side, but I did not walk around the other side to check em out. I am going down the 24th of October til the 30th. I will confirm what my memory is telling me. I will also check on the movies by the pool! I was at this resort same time last year and the party at the pool was still going on!

We had a Family Suite last year on the 3rd floor on the parking lot side of the Jazz building. There were a few Suites on that side and floor near ours.

Hi. You can buy milk in a little "store" area in the food court. If you're in a family suite, you'll have a fridge to store it. I can't imagine you'd get your money's worth in refillable mugs of milk for little kids, but I could be wrong

They do have ironing boards and hair dryers in the closet/sink area of the room.

yes to the iron and ironing board....but, sorry, milk is not available at the refill station. You can buy 2 L at the store onsite and the little containers as well.
