OMG!! I missed the show the day that Ryan left!!!!!


I cannot believe I missed it! I even missed the marathon on SoapNet cuz I was gone all weekend.

I missed most of last week, and watched yesterday's show this morning and did catch today's show.

Don't like the new Mateo or the new Tim. Blech!

So sorry that you missed Ryan's last appearance, Sherry! I'm sure that you would have appreciated all of Kendall's screaming and crying (hee hee!)! You never know.....he might be back.....just look at Maria (.....and Tim......and Frankie Hubbard......!)! Maybe he will come back in a few months!

I wish that the wedding would be tomorrow, Faith, but I doubt it. I suspect that it will start on Friday and last all next week.

This whole thing is really upsetting me, though - WHY CAN'T ANYONE EVER HAVE A HAPPY, TROUBLE-FREE WEDDING IN PINE VALLEY??!! I guess that the next happy wedding will be Chris's and Erica's. I did enjoy everyone's toasts at Greenlee and Leo's rehearsal dinner, today, though! Roger and Mary are so funny!

I have no idea WHY the weddings are never trouble free, guess it wouldn't make a good story. I will see it today and hope I get to see Maria. I ALWAYS miss her!

I think that we'll start seeing Maria more regularly, soon - I think that she was supposed to begin regularly filming episodes this month. Hopefully she'll come to PV soon. I wonder who will be the first to spot her - I suspect that it won't be Edmund, Brooke, or Mateo!

Sherry - I can't believe you missed Ryan's last day!! As much as I didn't want him to go I sure enjoyed watching him ride off on his motorcycle leaving Kendall hysterically crying in the rain. hehe.

Christine - the wedding still hasn't started yet even after today's show. I'm guessing we'll be in the middle of the ceremony when they leave us with a cliffhanger tomorrow. I've been too busy to do my daily thoughts of the day posts. Sorry, guys. I'm in the midst of planning my in-laws 50th anniversary party which will be held in a couple of weeks and my MIL is driving me nuts. Check Soap Central for daily recaps. They have the most thorough ones I've found.

Hey, Lisa - did you enjoy that article on Sam Page? I thought it was a very nice write-up. And it mentioned that he has a 4 year contract on AMC which I know doesn't really mean anything but hopefully he'll be around for awhile.

Quickie thoughts on today's episode:

Opal: Have blow dryer, will travel - I was cracking up with Opal trying to fix everyone’s hair today! Mary was horrified. Anna just blew her off and told Greenlee that Opal scares her. LOL! Then she went to Bianca and asked if they should try Opal’s new Eiffel Tower do on her, Bianca said “less is more” and Opal told her she never understood that phrase. bahahaha!

When Mary broke out that first set of gaudy earrings Greenlee asked if they were Opal’s. Then Opal saw them and went on about how pretty they were and Mary should wear them so no one would notice her hair. LOL!

Am I the only person who hated Greenlee's wedding gown? I mean she looks great - her hair and makeup look wonderful, and she would look great in any kind of dress - I just didn't like the style. I liked the dress that she and Kendall were wearing at the Bridal Fair better than the one that she's actually wearing to her wedding! It does "match" the bridesmaids' dresses, though - very congruous. I'm not sure how I feel about the bridesmaids' dresses, though - and those flowers hanging off of them. They're interesting, but not what I would have chosen. And what the heck is with Simone's hair?! Too many flowers - her head looks like a wedding cake! I thought that Bianca and Maggie looked great, though. And needless to say, Leo and David looked amazing. I just wish that this was going to be a happy wedding! Why doesn't Vanessa just cave in and tell Wolf where the stupid money is, already?! Isn't her son's life worth more to her than money?! UGH.

I loved the article and the website that you sent me, Aprille! Thanks again! Haven't seen Trey on the show in a few days..... *SIGH*...... Lots of good luck with your In-Laws' party - I'm sure that it will be wonderful and that everyone will have a great time!

Lisa - I think the reason Vanessa hasn't told Wolfie where the money is is because she doesn't know! I really think she would tell if she knew. I don't think she's the real Proteus. I hope not anyway because it will be much easier to redeem her if she's not. I just hope this whole stupid Proteus storyline is wrapped up with the wedding. Enough already!

Greenlee doesn't have enough booby for that wedding dress. The bodice type didn't flatter her at all. As for the flowers in Simone's hair - maybe that was Opal's doing. LOL!

Thanks for the good luck with the in-laws. If you only knew how much I'm going to be needing it the next couple of weeks. ARRGGHH! The woman makes me nuts! I mean, she's been making me nuts for 28 years now but she's reached new levels with this anniversary party coming up. Let's just say she's definitely not inspiring warm and fuzzy feelings from her two daughters-in-law.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but I think Wolfie is Leo's father. If you noticed when they were shown together, they are exactly the same height. He could have switched his blood sample with the Count's.

Hi, debknight! I mentioned I thought Wolfie might be Leo's dad while they were all still in Paris. I still hope it's not true. Poor Leo. He needs at least one decent parent. But then Greenlee doesn't have one either. LOL!

There's been LOTS of speculation on the PVB boards that Jack is Greenlee's father. I really hope this is not true. The thought of Jack and Mary together repulses me. And quite frankly, I'm beyond tired of all the mysterious parentage storylines. I realize this is a soap but they're starting to stretch it even by soap standards.

Whoa – good show today!! But Leo and Greenlee still aren’t married. At least they’re both still alive. LOL!

Well, Roger is shot and I suppose he will die since I’ve read where Mark Pinter is on his way out. Bummer. I thought he played a good smarmy character. Mary was right – Simone was embarrassing herself fawning all over Roger after he was shot. I nearly lost my lunch when Jack came in a comforted Mary. ICK! I just do not like these two together.

I felt so bad for Greenlee when Roger was going off on her before walking her down the aisle. I guess he got his though, huh?

I guess I’m going to have to start calling Anna Chief QuickDraw instead of Chief SheWolf now. Geez, why didn’t she just wound Wolfie? I was glad to see Jack jump her case on this one. I’m assuming Wolfie’s dead. Did they let us know one way or the other?

I’m done with Mia/Adam/Liza. Blech!

I’m worried about Greenlee. I hope her wedding dress and/or veil doesn’t catch fire with all those candles at the boathouse. LOL!

Okay, I've been thinking about the nuptial shootings...

Why?

Why did Wolfie shoot Roger? He could clearly see it wasn't Leo, couldn't he? Did he intend to shoot Roger? Does this all tie into Proteus somehow? Will this Proteus storyline ever end?

Why did Chief QuickDraw kill Wolfie? Why didn't she just wing him? Or capture him? He didn't appear to be very far away from her. (Oh yeah, I guess she was too doped up for an accurate shot or running.)

Great show today. But I wish Leo & Greenlee would have gotten married already. I didn't care much for Greens dress either. It was pretty, but I liked the one at the Bridal Fair much better.

I agree about the dress....pretty but not all that flattering to Greenlee. And why do the flowers look so weird in Simone's hair and not in the other's hair?

I'm also confused how Leo went away for "a few minutes" and set up hundreds of dollars worth of flowers and candles? And how far away is the park from the hotel? Haven't they heard sirens roaring by them? Oh yeah....it's not real.

Now, what's Vanessa going to do? See the light and help Leo have a good life or kill off Greens again?

Anyway, does anyone know what happened to the real Mateo? I watch Kelly every morning, but I don't think she's mentioned anything about him being sick? You go, AMC fans!!!
