I know what you mean - it took both the police and the EMT's forever to get to the bank! Hopefully Tad will be all right (AND eventually get his watch back!), anyway!

Loved the scene with Lily and Zach - that was very sweet / cute! (I think that they are trying to show a "softer side" of Zach......in preparation for his eventually declaring his love for Kendall!) And I'm sure that Lily's sighting of Ryan will confirm to her that "ghosts" really do exist!

I wonder what Garrett's "story" is.........although he appeared to be "protecting" Dani from Reggie, something tells me that eventually Reggie will be protecting Dani from Garrett (and what ever his motives with Mimi are)!

It makes me sick to see Babe being so nice to Amanda - YUCK. I hope that Babe catches on to her - soon!

On an " 'off camera' AMC note", a friend of mine was out to dinner in NYC, a few nights ago, and "Dr. Greg Madden" and a lady friend of his were sitting at the table right next to his!

Lord we have all been on this thread together for too long we are beginning to think alike. I was so into thinking where the heck are the police and ambulance. Don't they have security guards at this bank? And yeah Garrett is very yummy but I'm wondering where they are gonna go with this, they need a creepy villan now that Jonathan will be "saved".

Erica forces Jack to see how important it is that he, embrace Greenlee's pregnancy and accept it.

Erica can't shake the uneasy feeling she gets about Greg.

Ryan tosses his wedding ring and embarks on his search for Erin.

Amanda manipulates a situation once again.

Aidan offers Amanda a job, which she turns down.

Thanks for the spoilers! Hope baby Autumn is doing well!! She looks sooo precious .

Looks like Mr. Garrett is up to no good. I had a weird feeling about him (see below).

Rumors: Brooke loses out to another new femme fatale when Adam takes a better liking to Krystal… Garrett’s unconditional kindness may be a cover for a very conditional case of pedophilia for Danielle… Ryan and Julia?... Will Ryan find his sister Erin with Jonathan, nursing his wounds?... Another familiar face from the past could surprise Pine Valley this summer- Cady McClain (Dixie) reprises the role she originated on AMC by the tail end of this summer . Also William Christian's last airdate as Derek is August 28th. He is being let go from the show. Something about the commute from LA to NY.

Also American Idol, Clay Aiken will be on AMC September 14th. He will be a guest on Erica's t.v. show.

I realize they are going to have Greenlee lose the baby and I bet that figures into the "breakup". How can Greenlee forgive Ryan for "pretending" and then looses the baby because of her grief.

Faith, I just read about your son, how is he? Sorry I did not see your thread earlier. to him and you. I bet it was scarey for you. How many days till SSW?

How is everyone else doing? Hope all is well. Ugh, back to work tomorrow.

Oh and best news.......my little brother should be back on American soil (not here to FL) w/in the next 2-3 weeks!! I cant wait!!

Is your brother going to be coming home, next month, S&K'sMom, or will he be leaving to go overseas? I hope that he is also on his way home!

I didn't read the spoilers, but I think it's very sad that they are going to have Greenlee lose the baby. Very depressing - I hate when they do things like that - like that horrible period after Leora passed away.

I don't know if anyone else saw Rebecca Budig on "Regis and Kelly", last week, but she didn't make any mention of leaving the show (thankfully!) and confirmed that she is not expecting "in real life" and doesn't plan to be, any time soon. I was hoping that she wasn't going to be on the show, promoting a new project in anticipation of her leaving "AMC" - fortunately, it doesn't look like she has any (immediate) plans to leave!

Thanks for filling me in on Trey - I vaguely remember the "Vanessa's third child" story & I do remember Erica's house burning. I just can't place Trey. I watched AMC since back in the Billy Clyde Tuggle days, but I do take a break now & then. Trey must have been during a break.

I still don't get why Jamie needs Aunt Phoebe's money to go to medical school. Don't Brooke & Tad both have enough money to help him with school with leaving him at JR's mercy?

With regard to Jamie, I asked the same question in the beginning, too - why does Jamie need Phoebe's money, when his parents (and grandparents) can certainly afford to (and would certainly support his wish to) send him to medical school?!! The real issue is the fact that somehow, JR has "wielded his power" (ie: made huge donations to every college and med school in the country - AND even some international ones!) to ensure that Jamie is barred from admission to any undergraduate institution, much less from medical schools. So even if Tad or Brooke financially supported Jamie's educational aspirations, apparently no school will admit him, since JR paid them all off (........very realistic, huh? )!

Did anyone see the 'summer preview' showing Julia back in Pine Valley? I think it was on during OLTL or GH when my wife was watching. Apparently they have killed off Noah, off camera and Julia is coming back to PV to get revenge on the mob boss who killed him. My first thought.. GOODY, they have killed off or destroyed another one of the 'power couples' on AMC. Whomever they have writing for them lately reeks. Why can't they have good stories without destroying, trashing and/or killing off all the old favorites. I am getting pretty close to just turning this show off for a while and seeing who is left in a few months. It is really stupid.

Hey Rider my brother is going in Sept. Yup he volunteered for a 4 months stint. He's a longggggggggg story! But I'm more concerned for his kids. My dad is not in the greatest health and I know he's worried too.

I'm confused...Today JR said to Adam that Krystal had been in prison for just 12 months out of a 9 year sentence. Was she really in prison that long? Aren't Miranda and Adam Jr. just over a year old or are they 2 years old? If they are only just over a year old, I don't think Krystal could have been in prison for 12 months since the truth about Miranda and Adam Jr. didn't come out till a few months ago, right? Then again this is Pine Valley where folks age quite quickly and go to a medical convention never to be seen again

By the way the scenes today with Kendall and Greenlee were wonderful. I love seeing them as friends and not enemies.

You know Zach and Dr. Madden were most recently vampires on Port Charles -- with all the "dead" but "alive" characters on AMC, maybe it's a crossover story -- they're all really vampires.

Haven't been on the AMC thread in a little while, I'm trying to avoid any spoilers, and I'm too weak to not look if I'm here.

But anyway - Lily had one of the best AMC lines since some of Billy Clyde's classics.

"I don't have any jollies. I don't even know what they are".

I believe that was a week or two ago.
