Alright, I'm starting to get caught up, but I still have a couple burning questions:

If Ethan is Zach's son, who is Ethan's mother?

Who exactly is David? How does he fit into the whole Pine Valley family tree?

OK - A couple answers:

Dead-dumb died from being hit in the head with the shovel. (cerebral hemorrhage sp?) He was pulled out, but it didn't matter.

We've not been introduced to Ethan's mother - at least I don't think so. It was someone Zach had a fling with while he was still a Cambias. (before he faked his death) He got/found a letter from his mother after her death.

I don't think David is related by blood to anyone in the original PV family tree. Leo (who died, but no body) was his brother or half-brother. Leo was married to Greenlee at the time of his death. He's fooled around with lots of the women of PV. (Dixie, Erica, Anna who he married) His daughter with Anna Devane died and Babe is his daughter with Krystal from a one night stand while he was drunk in med school.

And re: Greenlee's cleavage - I don't know.

I don't get Brooke stressing over telling the truth to Maria. If she tells her that Deadmund really hated her wouldn't that be very cruel? Shouldn't she just let it go???? Where are the kids? and Mama??????? And why wasn't there more blood on Maria's shirt if someone whacked Deadmund with a shovel?? I watch ER, I know there should be more blood.

David followed his ex-girlfriend to Pine Valley. She was Jake's fiance at the time, but I can't remember her name. David stalked her and exposed her lies about her medical degree. She ended up leaving town and he stayed.

Maria's life continues to spiral downward when Zach tells her that not only did he murder Edmund, but he blames her for having led him on! Though she has been trying to convince herself that he's innocent, will Maria be forced to accept that her former love killed her husband. Yawn is right, like we didn't see this coming. I was so thinking of all of you yesterday when watching the show now that apparently you wear sun dresses in Pennsylvania in the winter does that mean they will all be wearing tight sweaters in July.

Jake's original fiancee's name was Ally, by the way! And don't forget that she went psycho when Jake agreed to be Liza's sperm donor, then found out that Adam bought the fertility clinic and switched Jake's sample for his own.........so he (Adam) paid Ally off and ran her out of town, to keep her mouth shut!

And don't forget that David DID have another blood relative in PV, up until recently - Maggie was his cousin!

And as for the Martin-Hayward feud, of course we can't forget the ultimate betrayal - when David had an affair with Dixie, while she was still married to Tad!

They didn't show Simone putting the drug in Jonathan's drink, but I guess we're to assume that she set up the glasses before he arrived at Fusion.

And I am convinced that they wear sleeveless cocktail dresses all year-round in Pine Valley - at all times of day - in the morning, during office hours, in the evenings, in court, in church, at the hospital........!

LOL, mine too!!!! I don't own any clothes, like what they wear. I find it silly.

Braden is the shooter?? What the heck kindof story is that??? Good grief. So is Johnny gonna by in on it, or will he be innocent? He's so icky, he has to be guilty. I hope it's the original Braden, or it will be stupid (unless he's too busy making tuna commercials, or is it chicken?? ).

I hate the way Zach just gave himself up, but I'm glad to see some people aren't buying it.

Why would David ramble on to Ryan like that about Greenee's potion? David is supposed to love Greenlee like a sister.

Talk about inconsistensies!! I noticed that too Erika - maybe we are to presume that David was drunk when he started rambling to Ryan about the potion!! He shouls know better than to blab to Ryan about it - whether it was meant for him or not!! afffggh!

And I couldn't agree more about Zach sitting there - taking all the blame - admitting to everything! Are we supposed to believe that he actually did all those things?! What's up with the "Cambias curse" - get real - he could help his son, or at least, stay out of his life!

I'm glad the baby-swapping is over, but this show is becoming very inconsistent (did they change a lot of writers mid-story - who don't know what direction to go in now?)

I agree about the inconsistancies in Pine Valley. Getting sick of Zach and this Cambius curse. I'm glad the baby swapping story is over, but they seem to be throwing straws now???

I also thought the same thing about the dress in Pine Valley. The ladies are wearing there summer attire while the men are all bundled up wearing there leather jackets and turtle necks. What's up with that?? I wonder what the temperature is on the set? I would be freezing on the set in this weather wearing sleeveless dresses? Especially what Kendall, Greenlee & Simone had on last week. Seems like Anita is the only female dressed appropriately. Maybe because she is pregnant in real life?

Yep, I forgot about Lily. She also dresses appropriately. Danielle too. I'd say, Greenlee, Kendall, Simone, Krystal, Erica and sometimes Maria they definitely don't dress for winter weather in Pennsylvania.

*Ruth Warrick’s Phoebe will finally die on the show and be feted by those who loved her soon, promised head writer Megan McTavish, who brought up the two-month in advance filming situation of soaps and the death of Edmund to contend with as her excuse. But soon, Phoebe’s impact on the town will be felt, mostly by Brooke

UPCOMING SPOILERS
- Zachery figures, since Maria is so easily convinced, might as well give her what she wants to believe, a murderer.
- Zach confirms he killed her precious husband Edmund, and furthermore, that it’s her fault for flaunting her goods and turning him on.
- Maria reels at Zach’s confession to her, because she really deep down did not want to believe any such thing.
- Maria will have worse to deal with than guilt over Zach. Her own mother and son will turn against her over Edmund.
- Then, there’s Erica in Maria’s face. Meow!
- Krystal suffers tremendously behind bars, at the hands of fellow inmate(s).
- Babe has been snatched!

AAAAHHHHH! All those tempting looking spoilers in J. Cooper's post, and I won't let myself read any of them!!!!!

But I think I did catch something from one of the previous spoilers and a conversation about it a few posts ago - I can't believe that the writers would "cop out" and have Braden be the shooter / poisoner! That is ridiculous! They're going to have him come back to town, just to be thrown in jail??!!

The Fusion women are not the only ones in PV who are dressed as though it is summer - Maria was wearing a sleeveless dress when last we saw her, too! And so was Erica!

I also can't believe that David was SO drunk that he "accidentally" blabbed to Ryan about the potion that he made for Greenlee and Kendall. I guess his "brotherly" feelings towards her went out the window when she so vehemently "sided" with Bianca and her family, against David, Babe, and Krystal. Either that or he just hates Ryan so much that he didn't care whether Greenlee got hurt by the fallout after Ryan eventually confronts her about giving Jonathan the truth serum!

I've had so many interruptions while watching lately! Did anyone catch if there was some kind of mix-up with Simone & Jonathan's wine glasses??? I was trying to watch for possibilities, but DH needed me during that segment this AM while watching SoapNet. What makes me ask is that whole Simone/Tad thing....She sure seemed like she'd had the spiked wine, didn't she? I'm wondering if Johnny-boy was making stuff up when he said Braden did it all??
