SPOILERS FOR THE WEEK OF MAY 1ST
Zach confronts Kendall over her reasons for wanting to give up the baby, leading Kendall to do some serious soul searching.
Kendall finally realizes that she wants to keep the child and was allowing her fear of not being a good mother to take over her sensibilities.
Kendall tells Zach that she is still in love with him and the two star-crossed lovers end up making love.
Ryan tears up the adoption papers and warns Greg that it's over and that there will be no adoption.
Zach tells Kendall he wants to be with her and the baby for the rest of his life leading to a very romantic wedding board the boat.
Kendall tells a surprised Babe that she is actually looking forward to being a mother.
After Greg refuses to tell Dixie anything about Kate's whereabouts, David offers Dixie an interesting proposition.
Even though Dixie refuses to forgive David, he gives her the truth serum to use on Greg anyway.
JR witnesses David kissing Dixie.
Greg senses that Dixie is up to something and accuses her of trying to poison him.
Ryan watches what is unfolding between Greg and Dixie as Greg threatens to call the police on her and rushes in drinking the serum himself.
Babe is unable to convince JR that he can completely trust her leading Babe to feel helpless in the situation.
JR gets more angry and suspicious after seeing Babe and Jamie together.
Thinking that Dixie and David are having an affair, JR turns to the bottle once again.
A staged intervention does nothing to make JR see all the love that surrounds him and only sends him spiraling even more out of control.
Believing that Babe is only scheming to gain control of little Adam, JR sets a dangerous trap that Kendall walks into instead.
Jonathan pleads with Jack and Erica to not force Lily back to her boarding school once again, but it falls on deaf ears.
Lily manages to get away from Jack on the train and hides so that she can make it all the way to New York City instead.
Lily is afraid and overwhelmed when she arrives in New York City alone and without her belongings.
SNEAK PEEK AT NEXT WEEK
Kendall's family rallies around her, as she lay comatose and unable to speak.
Eric and Ryan try to come to terms with what to do when they are told that a c-section would save Kendall's life but put the baby at risk.
Zach stuns both Erica and Ryan when he tells them that he is once again legally married to Kendall and will do what's in her best interest.
Dixie finds herself in trouble when she discovers Greg's dark secret on the mysterious island of pregnant women.
Greg manages to convince Amanda to become a surrogate mother.
Babe tells Josh that JR tried to kill her.
The dress was nasty. I love Cady and she's beautiful, but the dress was foolish and anyone who tells her it was great is only encouraging her to make a bigger horse's patoot out of herself in the future. 
Most of the time I wonder why I still watch this thing but I am too lazy to get involved with anything else. Plus I keep hoping it will get better.
