I'm not sure if this has been covered before, but...is there absolutely no chance of Dixie coming back now that Cady is on that other show? She being nominated for an Emmy and everything, so I can't imagine things are going bad over there for her! I should probably duck now since Dixie wasn't exactly a favorite here!

As a fun Susan Lucci sidenote: the lady who did my make-up in WDW for my wedding and portrait session was telling me all kinds of stories about psycho brides and stars they got to work on, like Britney Spears. She was telling me that they all hate Susan Lucci. She's apparently as much Erica as Erica is and they all dread Super Soap when she comes down for the event. They also said she's had a ton of plastic surgery. I'm going to watch the Intimate Portrait to form my own opinion about whether she's "Erica"....I probably wouldn't have watched it if the make-up lady hadn't told me all this!

Maybe Ditzie can come back without her memory too and she and Maurona can bond at their local "people with no pasts" meeting at the community center. Ditzie can fall in love with Carlos and they can fly to South America and have some "The Spy Who Loved me" storyline. Tad could have a breakdown and go to Lysistrada for guidance and fall in love with his therapist. Oh, and Tad and Ditzie's daughter would come back with her except she would be 19 years old and fall in love with Reggie.

I am surprised to hear about Susan Lucci.. I had always heard that she was such a 'nice person.' Although all that could be her press agent talking. I did think it strange when all the rumors of her and Sarah Michelle Geller not getting along. The aging Diva and the Diva in training clashing I suppose.

I wish all of my favorite soaps were on one channel. The only other one I watch is Y&R. Different channel, same time. Can't record both right now. Recent graduate, recently married, recently a home owner.....I only have one TV and one VCR! I strive for the day I can record both soaps. I have very simple goals in life.

Sarge..you know...this may be blasphemous but I'm thinking why NOT bring Ditsie back...at the very least, it'll give us a reason to get passionate about the show again...even if its passionate nausea ..yikes did I say bring DITSIE BACK!!!? We all know how much CHRISTINE LOOOOOOOOVES DITSIE...!!!


Or even Laura..eeehh...w/o the Leo Greens triangle..that'd be dull ....ooooohh unless she could be a new love interest for BINKS???

Anyway...have missed the show...haven't fully caught up with comments to see if anything is happening on the Edmund/Mia front...I'm losing interest in the very idea pretty quickly.

Sarge - I loved your idea about Ditsie coming back and attending "People-With-No-Pasts" meetings with Maurona! That was great! And I loved your story about your makeup artist telling you about Susan Lucci and SSW, AllyandJack! That is so neat! Did you get any other "gossip" about the soap stars, from her, by chance? Do you happen to have any photos of your WDW wedding on line, by the way? If so, please give us the link, so that we can see them!

How many times did Mia change back and forth from her "date outfit" to her "gym outfit" yesterday??? She must be pretty quick about showering and doing her hair, because she just kept running back and forth between Wildwind and the gym! I can't believe that Mia's actual DATE with Ed-dumb was AT the gym, either!

I can't stand BrattyMaddie. Somebody needs to send that kid away. Maybe JR could take her on the steam ship with him, or something. Or maybe she could just become invisible, like Sam.

Wow! They got some use out of the SOS set, for the first time since Hayley and Mateo left! Now that we know that amongst Carlos's many talents, he is also an expert Salsa dancer, I guess we will be seeing more and more of that set, as he and Greenlee become King and Queen of the dance floor! Maybe Carlos will even eventually BUY SOS (who's been running the place, since Mateo left, anyway??)!

By the way, on a quick pseudo-personal note, Maggie and Henry must have gotten straight A's in high school chemistry, in order to be taking Organic Chemistry in their first semester of college. I'm going back to school for a second degree, in the fall, and I will have to take 2 General Chemistry classes before I'm even permitted to take Organic Chemistry! Maggie and Henry must be true geniuses who placed out of all of the pre-requisite chemistry classes!

Hi Christine and Faith! Are you both meeting at WDW, this weekend? Have a great time! We'll be thinking of you! (And we'll be jealous, too! ) I will be there in exactly 2 months, though, and I believe that Aprille will be there at that time, too!

What the heck is going on with Regina and Henry? What is her connection to his mother?? I really like Maggie and Henry together. And I like how she explained to him her feelings for Bianca, etc.

Now Jamie is running around with "ladies of the evening"?? I guess that the woman he met in BJ's was one of Simone's cell block buddies from 2 arrests ago??

Why is Boyd getting so upset about Kendall and Michael........if I recall correctly, didn't he make a bet with Bianca that he could sleep with Lena? So he's not exactly so "innocent" or just sitting there pining away for Kendall!

Not too much to comment on, with regard to Erica, Jack, and Chris - pretty predictable stuff, right up to Chris's showing up at the cemetary, at the end!

SoapNet is showing the Soap Opera Digest Awards right now. I haven't seen most of the show but I did see Susan Lucci receive the first Diamond Lifetime Achievement Award (rpresented by "Jackson"). In addition to the statuette, they gave her a diamond and platinum necklace that she seemed thrilled with. Of course, they showed a rundown of all of Erica's loves.

All My Children is poised to again make daytime television history - and at the same time it finds itself smack dab in the middle of controversy.

Bianca Montgomery, daughter of the legendary Erica Kane came out of the closet. During the months that followed, Bianca had several crushes, but never experienced anything more than a hug.
