Congratulations on your 15 years at Publix, Faith! That is great! And it's nice that they invited you to a luncheon, in your honor, too! So, where are those WDW pictures, Faith and Christine??

I agree with you both, Sarge and Pam - I also suspect that Carlos may be from a wealthy or titled family, and that that will be revealed to Greenlee after she shows her "true colors" to him - that she could love him, thinking that he is a poor, "working class" guy. At least that would make their storyline more interesting, anyway!

Thanks so much for posting all of the winners of the Soap Opera Digest Awards, Pam! At least Greenlee won! I'm surprised that more people from AMC weren't nominated or winners.

Oh goody - a new rant! Thanks so much for letting us know, Mary J! I gave up checking the site a few months ago, when I saw that he hadn't posted a new rant in awhile. I love those things - David is very clever!

Sarge and PNelson - it was actually Becca who dumped Scott, before he left to be a film student in NYC. If you recall, Greenlee bet Leo that he couldn't sleep with Becca, and she found out and was all insulted, so she turned to Scott, whom she'd liked first anyway. But Scott was so jealous that Becca had dated Leo (and I guess he assumed that they'd slept together, because Greenlee led him to believe that, I think), that he posted all sorts of stuff about Becca being a slut on the internet, in the hopes that Becca would think that Greenlee and Leo did it. Becca eventually found out that Scott had done it, to try to frame Leo, and she stopped talking to him. Scott put his tail between his legs and moved to NY. Ah, yes, those were the days - the early days of Greenlee and Leo.......I miss them!

Yeah, I also thought that it was totally ridiculous when Bianca "slipped" about BoydBoydBoyd's "magic cream", to Lena, 2 days ago, Pam. Talk about confidentiality! And how is it that Kendall can't see through Michael's more-obvious-every-day ploy to get BoydBoydBoyd's formula?? "Break up with me and go to him to save your company......" PLEASE! Can't she see through that???

The whole scene with Drone Chick and Sister Christian was really annoying, too - "Do you think that that's all that Jamie wanted from us?" Very trite. And their lack of facial or emotional expressions are enough to make me want to take a nap! Holly had more spirit than both of them put together! It's funny how the regular characters are so bland (Laurie, Joanie, Mia), but their nemeses are more interesting (Allison, Holly), and they're not even regular characters!

I'm not sure whether there was an episode, today - I'll have to go and check my tape! In the mean time, I'm going to read that rant, now - they are so funny!

Thanks for refreshing my memory on the Scott/Becca/Greenlee/Leo quadrangle.. I had forgotten how cruel Greenlee and Leo were.. But cruel can be fun, at least when you are watching it as a drama on TV..

It will be an interesting twist if Carlos is titled. Can you imagine Greenlee's arrogance if she was a duchess or a Princess or something like that.. LOL!!! AMC needs another princess since Gillian bit the dust. AMC needs some royalty! They already have a royal pain in the.... with Erica.. LOL!

I am still days behind in the show... I have a feeling that, unfortunately, I am not missing much...

I was staring at that reporter saying, "Who is that? She looks so familiar!" I don't think I would have ever figured out it was Eve Plumb. Thanks for bringing it up Erika & Claudia.

Now, that ring. I know they are trying to copy the pink diamond that Ben gave JLo, but that just looks like something that came out of a bubblegum machine! Also, would Jackson have a couple of million dollars to spend on an engagement ring?

I sure hope things pick up soon. It's pretty boring the last week or so.

Hate to admit this BUT Eve Plumb played Jan and Maureen McCormick played Marcia on the Brady Bunch. Sad that I remember that. Didn't see the show so I don't know if it was Jan or Marcia.

Also, what I did see briefly was Maria wearing the highest pair of heels when she was out on a picnic with What's his face-Adien. Who wears heels to a boat house?

I hate what they're doing with Chris-Have I said that yet?

I also thought that Eve Plumb did a great job, yesterday! I'm glad that she had a cameo - that was great! Loved her harrassing Erica about Jackson (how would she have found out so quickly about the bubblegum-machine-engagement-ring that Jackson had given to Erica, about 5 minutes beforehand??)! Can't wait to see that ring on Shop the Soaps, by the way.......!

I was actually touched when Mia was telling Ed-dumb about how she buys birthday gifts for William every year, and saves them, in case he ever wants to meet her when he is older. Just when I start to really hate Mia, she has a nice scene like that, and then I don't think that she's so bad! BrattyMaddie, on the other hand, HAS TO GO! "I'm the angel. I used to be the mommy, but then I was the angel and then I was someone else. But I'll be the mommy again and come back to my babies......" GAG. I'm surprised that Mia and Colby didn't spontaneously throw up, after listening to that! (Where is that barf smiley, when you need it?? ) On the other hand, since when does Ed-dumb stay in touch with Kelsey? And since when would Kelsey even CARE how Sam is doing? If anything, Bobby would have been the one to be interested in correspondence about and pictures of Sam, not Kelsey!

I felt sorry for Aidan when he was telling Maureena that eventually she'll wind up remembering her past and going back to the people who are "really important in her life". I know that I should be rooting for her to get back together with Ed-dumb........but I really do like Maureena and Aidan together, and Maureena is so much more interesting than Maria used to be!

I also suspect that Chris is going to try to kill Jackson, now, or have him killed. Or maybe he'll go on a spree and kill Michael, too, while he's at it. Then they'll have him carted away to Oak Haven, and that will be the end of Chris. So sad what they're doing - not only to that character - but to all of the characters - and to the show, lately.

It was Eve Plumb who played the part of Jan who was on AMC yesterday. While Maureen McCormick WAS Marcia, it was Jan who would always SAY, "Marcia, Marcia, Marcia".

This is such an APRILLE moment...where the heck is she anyway?Tell me about it Lisa...GAAAAAAG. Bleegh...you hate to have to hate a little kid, but that character...I mean, AMC is a leeeeetle bit too close to lunchtime to be force-feeding us lines like that.

And Erica! SHe is REALLY OFF in her own little self-absorbed world, isn't she?

It's a riot...wait, I missed the whole CROCKPOT thing..what was MYRTLE doing with it anyway...trying to save a few bucks so she'd have more dough to spend at DTD...almost thought she was going to whip out an ALL STARS refillable mug!

I thought Myrtle did have one good line today. She said she used the crockpot to get past Erica's assistant. Then at the end of her advice she asked Erica whether she thought she was "just a crackpot with a crockpot". It made me giggle, which is more than I can say for the rest of the show today.

Now, are we going to have Anna and Jackson get back together?

Actually, it really looked more like a casserole dish than a crock pot to me........but then again, I'm not the greatest cook, so what do I know, anyway? Somehow, I just can't picture Erica, in her glamorous office, eating beef stew out of a mug........!

Yes, I wonder if they're going to create a Jackson-Erica-Anna triangle, since Erica can't seem to make up her mind about committing to Jack. Then, Erica can re-kindle her old romance with David, to make it a "Square" instead of a "triangle".......

I know that I keep asking this, but........WHY IS BROOKE SO NICE TO ED-DUMB??? I loved when she told him that his love life is none of her concern (arrogant jerk for throwing it in her face!)....but then, of course, by the end of the episode, she was being nice to and protective of him, again. He is such a self-centered idiot! I don't know why Brooke just doesn't give him the cold shoulder permanently, and restrict their conversations to business only. And speaking of Ed-dumb's self-centeredness and arrogance, he shows up at Mia's apartment, after BrattyMaddie hurt her feelings, yet again, and just says "I'm here to kiss you"??!! And Mia - pushover that she is - falls for it, of course?? These characters make me so mad, sometimes!

Hopefully next week's episodes will be more interesting and less annoying! Maybe Lysistrata will come back!
