I missed them on The View but today certainly was the start of the "dark side" of PV. I hope it's not "twin brothers"....that's so overused.

During the show an ad for one of the soap magazines mentioned that Ryan will be returning soon and "life will never be the same for Greenlee and Kendall". I wonder what that means? It also raises the question once again....where is Chris? Aren't they ever going to give the poor guy a memorial service and burial?

Frank stole Chris' body from the morgue and met up Peggy, Tom and Belinda in Las Vegas..... We need to get a list of AMC characters who were never written off but simply just vanished from the storylines and the collective memories of those around them...

It is my sincere hope that the return of the "old head writer"...can't remember her name...will bring some stability to the show and it will become more interesting again...I have been watching way too long to give up now....

I am not crazy about Carlos either...there is just no chemistry between him and Greens...but am I the only one who simply cannot stand Simone??? What they have done with her character is just ridiculous.

I think Simone can be very funny and entertaining, but the woman is wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too dependent on men. That's all she ever talks about, is how she needs a man.

I was so hoping there wouldn't actually be a rape, I really hate it when they use that for a storyline. I find it very disturbing. Yuck.

Poor Chris, no one remembers he was ever there. We'll see if Ryan even mentions it.

UGH - did anyone else want to throw up, watching Carlos try to pick up Maggie, yesterday? I hope that Henry decked him, when the lights went out at SOS! Carlos was using so many tacky lines to try to get her interest - I'm surprised that he didn't ask her "do you come here often?" or "what's your sign?"! They need to get him off the show!

That's so neat that they're already promoting Ryan's return with "life will never be the same for Greenlee and Kendall" - obviously, HE is the "sexy guy" that both of them are going to "go after" for their new "personal sexy guy contest" with Mia and Simone.........both of them have been with Ryan before, so it will be interesting to see if he goes back with either of them........something tells me that he won't. I think that you're all right - Ryan will come back for Chris's memorial service - I guess they figure that with all of this Michael Cambias stuff, Leora's funeral, etc., we haven't noticed that months have gone by with no mention of Chris!

I can't believe that they are going to go through with the rape storyline with Bianca. Aside from having her go through something that her mother did, I don't understand the point of it. I don't think that she will become straight afterwards - if anything, this violent event will turn her off to men even more. What did they say on "The View"? I forgot to watch it, yesterday.

Yeah, Simone needs to stop talking about men, every 5 seconds. She is funny, but they do need to give her a serious side, too, so that she's not totally a caricature. The other "funny characters" on the show - like Opal and Myrtle - have serious sides, too. Simone used to talk about her career aspirations and her relationship with her father and brother........but I guess that they don't want to focus on her self esteem problems and her father's abusive treatment of her, any more, and just make her the man-crazy buffoon, instead!

I watched the show today and I have a question about yesterday. Where are Binks and Michael? Myrtles? How did they both end up there? Where is everyone else?

The scenes between Kendall & Erica today were AWESOME! All I can say is it's about time.


Ironically, here in Ohio, which is near Pennsylvania, near Pine Valley, we've been having horrible t-storms the last couple days. Just thought that was ironic.

The scenes today with Erica and Kendall today were fantastic, it was really hard to enjoy them though, knowing what was going to happen to Bianca. I said it before, I'll say it again, YUCK! They didn't need to do that.

Ryan might as well sleep with Simone when he comes back, then he will have been with all the Fusion women. Since he's already been with Mia, Kendall, Greenlee and Liza, he might as well finish the circle. I don't care what they do with him as long as we get to watch him!!!

Yeah, Carlos and Maggie, barf. He is just such a dork. He seems to old for Maggie to me, but what do I know.

Well, first he changed race from Black to Hispanic and then he disappeared altogether!

Where are Binks and Michael? Myrtles?

Bianca and Lena were having a romantic chat in the park. Adam came and said he needed Lena in regards to the case against Michael. He offered to give Bianca a ride home and she said she wanted to walk even if it was going to rain.

She went home to Myrtle's. The rest of the gang is out at the bar with Carlos, etc. Michael was in jail. First Adam and then Erica confronted him and he fought with both of them. He tormented Erica with talk of how she asked for her rape when she was a kid. Kendall came in on the conversation and saw Erica start to flipout. She followed and helped Erica. Next, scene is Michael yelling at his lawyer to get him out and then "poof" he appeared in Myrtle's house. The power was out and he locked the doors and started talking to Bianca and then things started going downhill leading to today. It's not clear how he got out of jail and over to the house so quickly. It's also not clear why no one knows he's out and weren't alerted. Just another of the story gaps.

Just al ittle nitpick on today. If it's so sticking hot and the power is out, why did Kendall say she'd make tea on the gas stove? Tea is always good when it's 100 degrees.

My life has now been consumed by.....PUPPIES! My 2 new additions are Lil Devil and Lil Angel! I have pictures, but as usual, dumb in the posting Dept. So, if any one wants to help out... I saw SOME of the show today, as having puppies I have NO time for anything else. Did Binks get RAPED by Michael? Did Erica and Kendal come to some closure? Let me know guys, thanks!

Yesterday, Erica continued to freak out and Kendall talked her down. Kendall realized that Erica was reliving the night when she was raped as a child. Erica finally began to come out of it and started to think Kendall was her mother. Kendall assured Erica it was not her fault. Erica came out of it and they continued to have a real heart-to-heart and were hugging each other.

Michael kept talking to Bianca but wouldn't leave or go to the diner as she suggested. Bianca was being careful with him but towards the end turned on him and started telling him what she really thinks of him...calling him pathetic, etc. I didn't get the feeling the rape had happened but he was mad and was chasing her around the house.

Wow - that was some episode, yesterday! I'm so glad that it looks like Erica and Kendall will finally have the mother-daughter relationship that Kendall has wanted since the beginning (even though it may be a volatile one, at least Erica will give her a chance, now). And hopefully Erica will deal with what happened to her and be able to move past it enough to let Kendall into her life (where is Lysistrata, when you need her?? Oh yes, that's right - she's at that famed medical convention with all the others! Don't forget Henry's pal, Regina - she must have graduated college and med school quickly enough to be able to join all the others at the mysterious convention, as well! Along with all of JR #1's band and bandmates and high school partying pals!). I actually thought that Erica looked better with little makeup on and her hair all messed up than she does when she's all "put together", sometimes - she looked more natural, even though she was soaking wet!

Michael really must be emotionally disturbed (call Lysistrata, again! No, in Michael's case, we'd better page Simone's father at the medical convention - I think that he would be the more appropriate doctor for Michael!) to take out his frustration about his father's rejection on women by overpowering them. If they have to have this disturbing storyline with his attacking Kendall and Erica and actually raping Bianca, at least they're giving us some insight into his character and why he would do such things. I think that Bianca said it all when she told him that she learned to love who she is and move past her "dark period" where she hurt herself and others, but that he will never be able to do that. I thought that the dialog between them was very well written, along with the Kendall and Erica scenes. I don't think that they are going to show us the actual attack - I have a feeling that Erika is right - the next time we see Bianca, she will probably be in the park and have a few flashbacks, but she won't tell anyone what happened to her for awhile. Then maybe eventually there will be the scene that we were talking about, the other day, where Erica, Greenlee, Kendall, and Bianca are somehow together, and all of their secrets will come out.
