All linked but FP+ not working at midnight 60 days out?

Anyone having trouble? I am trying to get fp+ for 5/12 check in day at exactly midnight and it is not working. The whole party is linked and resort reservation is linked and showing tickets in package.

I believe I read that they don't work if parks haven't closed yet. May start working at 1:00AM.

It came available for me about 12:14 or so. Not sure why the delay. I still was not able to get fp+ for Anna and Elsa for 5/12, 5/13, or 5/14. Bummer. Got everything else that was needed.
