Hi everyone! Ryan and I are back from 6 nights at Disney World! I can’t believe it's already Christmas Eve! The trip went by so fast, but it was amazing. Sorry to everyone’s disappointment nothing at all went wrong. This trip was really everything we could have ever asked for. We did into a few characters on the way though (and I’m not talking about the furry ones!)
While we were there we took 1443 pictures! We took pictures of most of the food. Believe it or not Ryan was the one who remembered it most of the time. He also said we WILL be back soon!

Incase you didn’t read my PTR here are the introductions…
Katie (me) Age: 20. I am a college student majoring in elementary education. My first trip to Disney was when I was six and this is my first time back since then! I am now officially addicted. I love to scrapbook and I am planning on scrapbooking this trip. I will share my pages once I get started. Besides Disney I am obsessed with the show Desperate Housewives! Somehow I got lucky and the two Sundays I was away they were playing re-runs.

Ryan (DBF) Age: 21. He is an electrician who LOVES LSU football. He went to Disney when he was in high school band. He really didn’t get to do much. Before we left I asked him if he got to see the fireworks at MK and he said “I didn’t even know they had fireworks then.” Boy was he in for a surprise. I think he enjoyed the trip just as much if not more than I did. He wants to go back next January so we will see!

Yay your first. I should have the first chapter up tomorrow. Ryan's grandparent's 50th anniversary party is tomorrow at 1:00 so I should have plenty of time. Don't quote me on it though.

Well actually the pictures ARE lo-cal unless you decide for some reason to print them out and eat them and I definitly wold not advice that. but I do have a Casey's hotdog with your name all over it.

We had fun with you and Ryan! You guys are so nice. I wish we could have spent more time together. Going with my family...we never even got tired. It was 4-5 hours in the parks then they were ready to leave. I think they enjoyed the free dining though.

They'll offer the free dining again in August. We're already signed up for it then. You guys should go back in August! Then you can use the water parks too! They are so much fun!

CHAPTER 1!
Sunday the fourteenth Ryan and I left my house at about 1:00 PM. We headed of to Wal-mart to get some last minute things. I think we bought some batteries and GUM (since Disney doesn’t have any) as well as some other little things we forgot about. After we went to Wal-mart we were finally on the road! We ended up getting to New Orleans around 6:00 pm. We got to my cousin’s house and we found out the day before it was his company Christmas party and Adam (his 16 year old son) would be babysitting his kids. (Ages 8 and 3) That was fine because I never really get to spend time with them. Ryan and I got some McDonald’s once we got to the house. Once we got to McDonald’s we ordered our food, but it took us at least 10-15 minutes to get it because everyone who was supposed to up front was taking a SMOKE BREAK outside. (I don’t have anything against smokers, but NOT all at once when they are supposed to be working) So we get back to the house and my cousin left. I take a shower, and then the kids asked Ryan and I if we would play yahtzee with them. So we all played yahtzee for a while. This was Ryan’s first time playing, but he was the one who won. He got like two or three yahtzee’s. I looked at the clock and it was 11:00! I completely forgot it was a school night and of course the kids weren’t going to remind me. So I told them they needed to go to bed. Madison (8 years old) asked me if she could straighten her hair before she went to bed I told her no it was too late. After that it was finally time for Ryan and I to go to sleep so we could go to DISNEY WORLD in the morning.

We wake up at about 6:30 and I got dressed and straightened my hair (which was obviously useless once you see the pictures) We get to the airport about 7:30. Our flight takes off at 8:40. Other than it being Ryan’s first airplane ride it was pretty uneventful. (unlike the flight home which was REALLY scary!!! )

We get to the airport and for the first time it felt REAL. Everyone I saw just oozed “we went to disney world!” It made me sad because I knew we would have to go home eventually. So it took pretty long time finding Disney’s Magical express, but once we find it we only waited about 10 minutes before the pop bus pulled up. I was so happy once we stepped foot on that bus. Ryan said I looked like the most excited person on the bus even though there were tons of kids. I was so excited once they put on the video. I even made Ryan pinch me and I soon found out I wasn’t really dreaming like I thought.

Pretty soon I see this sign (I know it’s a bad picture but I had to throw it In!)

Then we see THIS.

We get to pop around 1:30 as we were checking in I saw a DISer checking in! I noticed her lime green mickey head, but for some reason I was too shy to say anything and I never saw her again. The girl who was checking us in must have been in training because there was another CM standing there telling her what to do. We ended up getting a great room in the 70’s section on the first floor by the Mickey phone. It was room 6111. As soon as I walked in I saw our first towel animal it was a cute little dog.

We stay in the room and explore for about ten minutes then it is off for EPCOT! Here are some pictures of POP. (Pretend you haven't seen them before )

This was right across from where we were.

I know I don't have very many pics this time.. honestly I didn't even think about it before we left. I promise I will have tons more to make up for the lack of pictures this time.

I'll leave you with a question!

Hey Katie, I'm in for your TR...I was around for a bit during your PTR then fell off for a bit but I'm back. Great chapter so far, I can't wait to hear about everything you and Ryan did, especially since I'm going to WDW with my BF in April. The pictures you did in the teaser are so cute! Can't wait for more
