All I Want For Christmas Is an Okapi, a Dinosaur, a Herd of Elephants and ...

Those charm bracelets/necklaces are so cute! I think I would choose the plane one "you have arrived". And a Pop waffle, please! :goodvibes

Love those pop waffles--how cute! I would take a piece of the tie-dye cheesecake. It looks so fun to eat.

What a nice way to start the day--Disney Shopping! :thumbsup2

DH and I will be eating at Earl's in Sept. I made my reservations for Disney this morning:cool1::banana:. I was able to get free dining this morning using my Disney Visa.

I love the shopping pictures. I need to start my wish list.

Good to see you, friend! :cool1:

We will be back on June 23rd! :woohoo:

Did you go on your big school trip yet?

It's good to be back :teeth:

Wow, you don't waste time at all do you on a trip... well, I probably wouldn't, but it's just they aren't happening.

Nope, I have not. I'm leaving for lovely Quebec in TWO WEEKS!!! So excited! Hopefully I can find my camera charger by then to take pictures so I won't have to use my phone *crosses fingers*

I loved those charm bracelets/necklaces when I saw them at Pop, too! And the charms for the bracelet you already have...yeah, when I saw those, I was done for. I got a bracelet from Kay Jeweler's last year for those kinds of beads/charms, and I love finding new things for it. I have a couple Disney touches on it, of course!

Those Pop waffles are soooo good. I'm not sure how they make them, but I love them!

I love those bracelets, but I am too claustrophobic to wear them. They feel like they are choking my wrist. :rolleyes1

Some of that Pop cheescake would be good right now! I can't believe I stayed there once and didn't get any. :sad2:

That breakfast looked pretty yummy too.

I love the Christmas tree in the lobby of POP! I think it's one of the prettiest---just a classic looking tree, just as I like! :)

All those great shopping pics! I like those bracelets-maybe I will get one each for the girls and they can add charms each trip :)

I really need to try that tie dyed cheese cake one of these times. I've heard some very interesting things about it!

Okay, I'm a little late but I had to add my 'two cents.' On my 4th birthday I had a Little Mermaid party, and my mom did a lot of cool things... I believe we had blue jello with fish gummies in them, played pin the fin on Flounder, stuff like that. I wish I could remember more but I mean, I was 4.

If I ever stay at Pop Century my FIRST priority will be to get a slice of the tie-dyed cheesecake. YUM!

Yay! It's about time for shopping and eating Disney-style on MeMom and Jill's TR :goodvibes So very excited! :woohoo: Though I think you couldn't get more gender-biased in this chapter ;) But I think I'll take some of those Pop waffles :teeth: And I'm pretty sure that is a backboard (lifeguarding board) in the picture, quite familiar with those lol Can't wait to read more! :mickeyjum

Yea for shopping pics! You are so great at capturing the variety and detail. Must get DD one of those Mickeys for her add-a-bead bracelet.

For breakfast, I adore the Mickey waffles, but tonight I'll have the tie-dyed cheesecake, please. DD & I always have it 1st thing. And if we're at Pop only first & last nights, we gotta have it again for our last breakfast, too!
PS Yes, Anita, it's not only yummy, it also makes for, um,*interesting* souvenirs. :rolleyes1

I love to start my morning with shopping pics!

I like the turtle bracelet although they are all really cute!

Yes I will have a Mickey Waffle for breakfast please. I just ate & I am still hungry!!

I would choose the turtle bracelet, too. ::yes::

There's probably not a better way to start a day than with a Mickey waffle. :goodvibes

Great update! Those bracelets are so pretty, but I have yet to pick one up! I think the picture is of the wooden lifeguard board by the pool, so they can stabilize people who are hurt!

You are correct on the guess. :thumbsup2

I think those bracelets are pretty, and I take pictures of them all the time. I don't like any jewelry, though, except earrings. I need to find a way to make the beads into earrings.

Whet fun bracelets! I love the Halloween charms. Super cute!!!

Disney World has so much to want, don't they???

Me too!!!

You know I feel you don't need to cover yourself up but if that is waht it takes to get you in a picture I will do it.

She got it. I was going to sit out since I am very familiar with that piece of equipment.

I almost said that you were disqualified from this guessing turn, but then it would have been even more obvious. :)

Those charm bracelets/necklaces are so cute! I think I would choose the plane one "you have arrived". And a Pop waffle, please!

One plane bracelet and one Mickey waffle coming up!
Just a happy little thought to start your Friday morning. ;)

Love those pop waffles--how cute! I would take a piece of the tie-dye cheesecake. It looks so fun to eat.

What a nice way to start the day--Disney Shopping!

Four more months until Disney shopping again. I hope there are many new things to take pictures of. I look forward to getting pictures of Art of Animation's gift shop.

Tie-dyed cheesecake is good when it is good, but I have had it a few times when the cake part is dry, and then it's not very good at all. It's definitely fun to have a piece for the novelty of it. :hippie:

I love the shopping pictures. I need to start my wish list.

Hooray for booking! :woohoo: It always feels so good to book a new trip. I need them to extend that free dining for a bit longer. We arrive on October 5th.

It's good to be back

I hope you have a great time on the trip. Be sure to share a few of your favorite pictures with us, if you will.

Jill got one of those bracelets for a gift. Are they called Pandora? She doesn't really wear bracelets, but she might wear it occasionally now that she has found the Disney pieces for it.

I read that Disney waffles use malted waffle mix. I treat myself about once every two years to a can of malted mix from Williams-Sonoma. It is expensive, so I mix it with regular pancake mix to stretch it a long way, but it does give a waffle/pancake a different taste and texture.

I love those bracelets, but I am too claustrophobic to wear them. They feel like they are choking my wrist.

Some of that Pop cheescake would be good right now! I can't believe I stayed there once and didn't get any.

That breakfast looked pretty yummy too.

Me, too. I like to look at the pretty necklaces and bracelets, but I don't want anything on me. I just love those colorful beaded bracelets, but I would never wear it.

You'll have other chances for cheesecake. DD would probably think it was cool to eat something so colorful.

I love the Christmas tree in the lobby of POP! I think it's one of the prettiest---just a classic looking tree, just as I like!

I love walking into the lobby upon arrival and seeing that big tree!

All those great shopping pics! I like those bracelets-maybe I will get one each for the girls and they can add charms each trip

I'm sure they will have a nice collection of Disney jewelry by the time they grow up. :cutie: :cutie:

I really need to try that tie dyed cheese cake one of these times. I've heard some very interesting things about it!

Having a piece of tie-dyed cheesecake is on the check-off list for a true DISer, girl. Get to it!!!

If I ever stay at Pop Century my FIRST priority will be to get a slice of the tie-dyed cheesecake. YUM!

We will have fun getting Bella's party put together. It'll be here before we know it!

I hope you get a really good cheesecake. They are very colorful and fun for picture-taking. :goodvibes

I will try to remember to get more guy stuff pictures this summer. I do every once in a while, but I really should do better. We want to keep our DIStown menfolk happy! :)

Correct on your backboard guess. :thumbsup2

Wigd doesn't get her DIS badge until she's had tie-dyed cheesecake. ;)

So, for those who were wondering, those who knew, and those who didn't give a flip - the guessing item was:

Our Disney lifeguards are prepared to take care of us, should there be a problem. We will hope problems stay at a bare minimum. ::yes::

I went back to the room, and it looks like I picked up a sweet little girl to head back out with me. She's my morning 'running buddy', while Brooklynn takes a little longer to rise and meet the world.

On this morning, she and I left the others behind and made our way to Magic Kingdom.

Another beautiful Disney morning.

Happy Friday, all! Stay safe in the weather that is going to not be so kind to the south, it appears. Let us hear from you throughout the day and let us know all is well. This band of storms is supposed to have a high potential for severe damage. Some of you have snow! Our kids were out in short sleeves playing in the sunshine yesterday. Lots of different things going on!

I hope the weather stays alright for you!!!

Thanks for bringing us to the MK this morning! I think those pictures are just what I needed today! :goodvibes

What a great way to start my Friday by seeing those beautiful pics when you first enter MK!!:cloud9: Ah that feeling is GREAT isn't it??? Seeing those pics made me say "Not too much longer"!!

I hope all you Southerners are safe today!! We had about 10 inches to a foot of snow over a 30 hour period.

Happy Friday MeMom.:)

I actually popped over her to not only catch up but to tell everyone to stay safe! I'll be thinking of you all through out the day.

We have the weather coming too. Right at dismissal for both me at school and my sweet girls at their school is when the severe storms/tornadoes are likely. I worry because they are walkers so they might/should be trapped at school. I also have a conference following dismissal that I hope the parent skips so if the storms have not quite hit I can get home quick. I am pretty storm scared, so this whole day might make me crazy!
