Great thread! We'll be at BLT for F&W 10/22 - 11/1 and will incorporate some of these suggestions. I know I saw a blog about a drinking around the world encompassing the mono loop, so one day will be for that alone!

We are going to be at VGF for our anniversary from 10/20-10/25. Our go-to breakfast spot is at Grand Floridian Cafe. They have a lobster Benedict that is amazing.

I have to say that Gasparilla's surprised me: it was quick- service but I didn't have to wait in line to pick up my food- nice...

Of course Mizner's is a favorite for drinks. I have seen ppl with kids there, but the previous poster is right: after 9 or so it has much more of a bar feel and about then the kids usually vanished.

Of course nothing beats Contempo Cafe cupcakes!!!

As for relaxing...I've stayed at BLT on my last two trips with my parents on their points. Now that we're in contract on BLT ourselves, I've decided my new tradition will be going to GF on arrival day to pick up overpriced bath stuff for my stay. Those bath bombs + giant soaking tub are, well, the bomb! I like having that to look forward to after a long day at the parks.
