All Aboard Presidents Week Mexican Riviera February 19, 2012 Wonder

yeah:cool1: got "palo" and excursion reserved!!!:dance3: I got high tea reserved also just in case. but Is that really worth to go? I was not too impressed on any comment that we have been read.

We reserved brunch, tea and dinner as well as an excursion.

We did tea last time (along with brunch and dinner). The tea was nice. It certainly can't compare to the brunch or dinner but it is a nice, calm, "adults only" break during a day at sea.

Yeah! Got brunch and a few excursions. We are really on the fence about the Dolphin Kids but booked it just in case. I am a bit disappointed that the Coastal Highlights booking wasn't until 1:15. I am hoping an earlier one comes open but maybe that's it. I don't want to be rushed to get my pirate gear on ;)

Yep, got the activities booked. Palo dinner, brunch and spa one day. Guess check in will have to wait until morning! I'm exhausted!

Check in was working at 12 am PST. :surfweb:

Earliest check in available was 11 am. Did anyone get an earlier check in time?

That's the earliest that was offered this morning as well... 11-11:30 AM.

Woohoo, only 90 days. It's going to fly by with the holidays and everything else in between!

I think it is a bit bizarre that you can book activities at 12am EST, but can't check in online until 12am PST. I had some trouble at first with Palo/excursions and got an error message to update IE. Once updated, I was able to get in. My girls were interested in the Teen Surfing Safari in Cabo and it was sold out one day but I was able to get it the other day. Got Palo brunch on Tuesday.

I believe 11am is the earliest time currently offered.

I'm about to scream! I can't book Palo. After I click on Palo brunch, the age restriction box pops up and aster I click the adults name.........nothing! I can't confirm and it doesn't go to my cart.

I had a similar problem last night with Palo. After I updated my browser, I was able to book it.

I'm not sure if there was something magical about 12 am PST. I tried from 9-10 PST and then went to bed. I couldn't sleep so got up and tried it again. That was around midnight and it went through. When I tried to pull it up again around 12:30, the site was down.

We got Palo brunch on Tuesday as well.

I believe it is standard that reservations open for excursions, Palo, etc. at midnight EST but online check in doesn't start until 3:00 a.m EST I don't know why that is the case but, that's just how it is. I should have mentioned this last night! You could have got more sleep. I made excursion reservations, etc. and then went to bed with alarm set for 2:00 (our time). Got up and did check-in and went back to bed. I actually probably got more sleep last night than I usually do! Normally I just lay awake wishing I could do some planning!

Wow! I figured out what the problem was. The letters that say "Check Availability" where in white, so I couldn't see them. :rotfl: I don't know if it's because I'm using my Ipad or not. Something told me to touch the area next to "Cancel", so I did and Bam!..........."Check Availability" flashed. I can't believe it. :lmao: Anyway, I booked Palo Brunch for Tuesday morning.

SO EXCITED! Palo for us Tuesday, too. 10:30 (had to be different!) Got our excursion we wanted, too. Can't wait for February!!!

What excursions have people booked? Since this is our first cruise we still have a little over a week until we can book, and I'm trying to decide...

I booked the Paradise Beach Day in PV and my husband on the Cabo Canopy Adventure. I was going to put him on the Outdoor Adventure in PV all along but looking at the beach days, I was really drawn to the Paradise Beach one so I bumped his excursion to Cabo San Lucas. I'm not even sure he knows where we're going anyway so he doesn't know the difference. While he's doing that I have the kids and I booked to do the Coastal Highlights tour. I want them to see something "touristy" and hopefully, authentic of Mexico. I'm kind of up in the air about it. I don't want them to be bored. But I also don't want to pay the money for another big beach day or just look at Mexico from the ship! I am thinking on our second Cabo day we will maybe feel comfortable enough to just hit Medano Beach on our own or let the kids do the Dolphin Kids Program but again...I am cheap...so struggling with that. I also saw "The Cove" ;) Also have Palo Brunch on Tuesday which I am really looking forward to as we weren't able to get into brunch on our 4-night.
