Thanks OP for the info! The code worked, but I am not able to check out--the state keeps defaulting to Alabama in the drop down menu (even though I keep selecting my home state), so I keep getting an error message. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I had problems with the check out too, but it took until I was buying the third book for me to notice it was with the state drop-down. I'm so used to double-checking all my typed info that I didn't even notice it defaulting back to the top of the list! I can't offer any solution, though; I just checked out through Paypal rather than the CC checkout to bypass the issue.

You can also side load them to your kindle fire...

There is an app for kindle fire called wattpad and you can get free/pay for books also with that app. I am reading harry potter on it now.

I had the same issue. It kept telling me my credit card info was wrong so I tried another credit card and it said the same thing. So then I tried Paypal and it still said there was an error. I noticed the Alabama thing and kept changing it but I never could get it to go through.

I had the same issue, so I added my credit card info under my account info so that it automatically pops up when I go to the checkout screen. That worked. You can always go back into "My Account" and delete the cc info if you don't want it there all the time. Hope that helps!

Wow! I wish I would have known about this app earlier! I started The Hunger Games and I am addicted. I just bought the second one for my Kindle app on the iPad. I will definitely look at the app you posted in the future so thanks for sharing!

Yes - you'll need to sideload them. How I got mine on there....

Download Adobe Digital Editions. Open it on your computer. Purchase the 3 books. Once they're purchased, click "open" which will open them onto the Adobe Digital Editions. Click the upper left button to make it look like a library again and not a giant book. Plug your Nook into your computer. Once it is listed on the left side of ADE, you can click on a book on the right and drag it to your Nook. Poof! Like magic it's on there. Remember to go to "My Computer" and right click on the Nook and go down to eject it before unplugging it.

This is also how you can get library books onto your Nook. Anytime you purchase any book that is available in different formats, purchase an ePub book for your Nook.

Hmm... Have you double checked the way your address is entered into your account? Either the cc or paypal? I had an issue with FedEx once where it would take my card online. It ended up being that my cc had my apartment # listed on the first address line and my street address on the second line. Since I was entering the street address first and the apt. number second, it didn't match. Once I changed it, everything worked fine. Just a thought...

I just transferred these books to my Nook Color today. First you have to have Adobe Digital Editions installed on your computer. When you download the books from Kobo, download them to your computer desktop. Once Adobe Digital Editions is installed on your computer, double click the ebook file you saved to your desktop and it will open up into the Adobe Digital Editions program. There you will see the books. Next, hook your Nook Color up via USB to your computer. Down load Adobe Digital Editions to your Nook color if you haven't already done so. Also, you need to make sure your adobe log in is the same for both devices. You will see your Nook on the left hand side below the books in the Digital Edition program. Simply drag the book icon and drag it over the word Nook that is on the left side of the program. Do this for all of the books. Then safely remove the Nook from your computer (in the service tray it will say "Eject Nook"). Open up your nook. Go into My Files. Look for the Digital Editions folder. In there are the books. Open up the file the book will then appear. You will have to go into this area to retrieve the books. HTH.

Yes, I checked and it was exactly the same. I just tried again and now it's saying that the code is no longer active. Grrrrr, they just don't want me to have these books! Thanks anyway for your help.

I'm not having any luck with the codes either. I got the 1st book with HungerGamesDeal but no combination of that code with the added numbers will work on Book 2 or 3.

Well, after some searching around on other websites, I found that HungerGamesDeal is the only code working right now and it is only good for ONE BOOK from the trilogy so make your choice wisely.

I also found a 40% off code which I used to buy a 2nd book from the series. Although I'm now wondering if the 40% is off entire order and not just one item...

Oh well, got 2 of the 3 books for around $6. Still an awesome deal! I've been wanting to read books #2 and #3 again for a while now.

I finally got it to work. I used the code without any numbers after it and could only use it once per account. But then my husband could use it once on his account and my mom once on her account, so we were able to get all 3, you just have to have 3 separate accounts associated with them. I even figured out how to get them downloaded onto my Kindle Touch with a couple quick downloads. Pretty good for a new Kindle user.
