Question..How do I download this to my Iphone..I'm having trouble getting books!

Thanks! I just rooted my Nook Color to be an android tablet and downloaded the Kobo app to get these. I haven't read any of them either!

I'm assuming you mean rooting the Nook Color? If so, you need a micro SD card and a gmail account to get it to let you download apps once it's rooted. I used this video.

I tried several written tutorials, but they all failed. This one worked perfectly. When I have the SD card in, it's an android tablet and when I take it out, it's a regular Nook color. You just have to make sure the Nook is completely off before inserting or removing the card.

I opened an kobo account and bought the books using my desktop. Then when I downloaded the app on my iPad and logged in, my books were there waiting for me.

To the OP, thanks for the code. My son has read the first one and wants the other two. I think the "Easter Bunny" is bringing # 2 for him. I will offer to let him read my Kobo but he told me before that he doesn't think he would like reading a ebook. I must say, I like it because I have lots of books at my disposal without going to buy one at the store, since I live in the country but I do love the smell and feel of a real book.

I got all three of them for $4.21. I'm happy with that.

I read the first two on my Kindle Fire with the free trial to Prime and I've been on my library's waitlist for the final one. I am willing to splurge $1.07 to read it since I'm on Spring Break this week and have time to read.

If you have the app, the books are downloaded to your device, so you don't have to be connected to read. At least that's how I understand it.

Yes - you'll need to sideload them. How I got mine on there....

Download Adobe Digital Editions. Open it on your computer. Purchase the 3 books. Once they're purchased, click "open" which will open them onto the Adobe Digital Editions. Click the upper left button to make it look like a library again and not a giant book. Plug your Nook into your computer. Once it is listed on the left side of ADE, you can click on a book on the right and drag it to your Nook. Poof! Like magic it's on there. Remember to go to "My Computer" and right click on the Nook and go down to eject it before unplugging it.

This is also how you can get library books onto your Nook. Anytime you purchase any book that is available in different formats, purchase an ePub book for your Nook.

Thank you - I was wondering the same thing. I will do it tonight - I check out books all the time like this from our state library.
