Alice in Wonderland media event

at Hollywood and Highland (I think thats where it is).

Has anyone gone to one of these things? What was it like? It happens to fall during my trip and since so many things are down for refurbishment at Disneyland/DCA I was thinking this might be something fun to do.

I haven't been to one - but want more info. I was wondering if they were going to do anything - I got a flyer for the El Capitan showings (which is across from H&H) but no mention of anything opening night. So what's the scoop?

Is it the red carpet event? If this is the case, they will be closing down part of the street there and I would get there EARLY (as in many many hours early) and get a spot to watch the red carpet from the public viewing area. You honestly won't see too much and will only catch small glimpses of stars walking the red carpet. IMO its not worth it, but then again I work in the film industry, so these things don't really excit me much. lol
