Alcoholic beverages at BOG, Tusker House and GardenGrill breakfast

We are doing the dining plan in July and are wondering if we will be able to get an alcoholic beverage at breakfast (we have late breakfast booked). Also, do any of the QS in MK offer alcohol?

Tusker House has reportedly been allowing a drink at breakfast. Haven't seen any reports on Garden Grill; do they have any alcohol on the menu.

BoG breakfast will NOT have alcohol. None of the QS locations in MK have alcohol.
