hi, we are from the UK, my DD is 19 and she is wondering how the law stands with drinking alcohol with a meal whilst on Disney property. we have a meal booked at Boma and F & W will be on while we are there.

In the US, you must be 21 to drink alcohol.

You have to be 21 to drink here. The. law is no different for Disney property and restaurants. Now, whether they card her or not is a different story.

21 is the legal drinking age in most or all of the USA. There are exceptions to this in most states, but generally has to do with religious exemption, or for in private places where alcohol is not served. If she asks for a drink, she will be asked to present ID and will be denied.
