Thanks everyone for the great tips!! 
I'm definitely not too concerned with looking at exact prices of things right now as I know it'll change a lot in the next 3 years. Mainly looking for the best cruise lines to look into, what times are the "best" to go, and what kind of excursions even exist. I was completely clueless having never cruised or been to Alaska. Cruisecritic has been extremely invaluable!!
