It appears now that to have an on-line account at Alamo that you need to be a Quick Silver member. The membership is free and no longer needs to be associated with a business. However one function that now seems to be lost once you sign up for Quick Silver is the ability to view "My Itineraries" where you can see all existing reservations under ones account.
