My ressie went from 606 to 560 Oct 22 to Nov 5

Not too bad for two weeks but hoping it comes down even more. I have paid a lot less in previous years but this year the prices are up there. I also have Avis booked at a much cheaper rate but I really need the additional driver feature from Alamo.

Go check your ressies :thumbsup2

We had a rental from 8/31 - 9/5 (compact) with Alamo and the total cost was around $250. A few days ago, we decided to leave a day early. I went back to Alamo's website to reprice the car. It turned out to be $90 less!!!!

Since the airfare didn't cost any more, and the extra night at POP was $102 more, it only cost us $12 to leave a day early.

My rate went down too. Plus I used the Costco ID and Coupon (includes free 2nd driver) and my 7 day rental is coming in at $226 out the door. Still almost 3 times more than I paid last year but I understand that the rental car industry has changed big time.
