Alamo pick up process

Can anyone tell me how good the pick up process is thru Alamo? I always use National and am an Emerald club member...but alamo has better prices right now...I know they have a kiosk but how well does it work and is it fairly quick and convenient?

Alamo is great. They pick you up on time and are very friendly. I absoultely love using the kiosk because it is so easy. I would use no other car rental co.

If you're talking at MCO I can tell you that the kiosk in the garage is no longer there. I suggest doing the online check-in. When you get to the Alamo desk, use the kiosk terminal instead of standing in line. It's much faster. Once you have your contract in hand just go out to the cars and pick a car from the class you have reserved. Hand the person at the exit your info and you're good to go.
