Alamo kiosk/membership card question

I booked my mom's rental car through her AARP discount. They asked for the AARP member number during the reservation process and I believe it said she may need to show her AARP card. My question is this: Will she be able to use the kiosk to check in for her car or will they make her go to the counter to show her card there?

She arrives on a Saturday so I am thinking the Alamo lines might be crazy busy especially since Alamo is the official Disney rental company.
Thanks!

She will be able to use the kiosk. They rarely ask for any membership cards. The lines at the counter are crazy no matter what the day of the week. Did you make the reservation on the Alamo site or the AARP site?
