Alamo Hot deals...do they ever work for MCO?

I was checking the current Hot Deals for Alamo, and virtually every city has an SUV for $199 a week, including Orlando. But when you click the link it still comes up with an outrageous price. Trying the same thing for Ft. Myers or Miami all work and you get the $199 rate.

If Orlando is blacked out, why list it? Does anyone ever get the Hot Deal rate?

It's not the demand but the airport fees. I found that it is cheaper to rent from the Car Care Center then it is to rent from MCO, a couple of hundred dollars cheaper. The prices I am paying roughly come out to paying for 10 days for an eleven day trip.
