Alamo check in

Hi, does anyone know if Alamo still has a check in booth in the garage? Thank-you!

No they now have a self serve kiosk inside the airport. Its right by the Alamo counter. THere are 8 kiosk to use! And very easy and fast to use.

If you rented on-line and aren't using a coupon, you can check-in on-line. There would be a place on the confirmation email that check-in. We did this last year and you print out all the info and then just go to the garage and show the paperwork and license at the exit. If you are using a coupon there would be a place on the confirmation for you to enter most of your information ahead of time and then you would just go to the kiosk near the Alamo desk in the airport, finish the info and then go to the garage.

I did use a coupon.
There used to be a booth in the garage where Alamo Insiders could check in. It was great because you avoided the stampede at the Alamo counter in the terminal.
My reservation says Take the elevator down to the first level, Alamo is located in the middle of the first floor in the airport terminal. Proceed to the counter obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.Can I use a kiosk or do I have to go to the counter?
