Joy is quite nice and seems to understand the system better than most I have spoken with at MS. She'll tow the party line but also admit where there are faults (such as IT). She called after some emails back and forth with MS to apologize for the response I got (after going back and forth a number of times and me replying to their email, I received an email saying that they couldn't reply to me because I didn't message through the
DVC site....I had and I was replying to one of their replies to me so it was obvious and she called to apologize for that). She was the one who was going to explain walking to me. I brought it to her attention that the entire value category had been pulled and at first she said they must just be booked and are probably being walked until I mentioned the 8th day not showing up after midnight...then she said that it must be at the resort level (likely maintenance) because MS can't access those days.
