AKV sales center?

Is there an AKV sales center to visit? i'd love to go see on my upcoming visit.

The DVC Sales Center is still at SSR (and I would expect it to remain there for quite awhile). I expect that AKV models will be available at the center soon and that model rooms will also be available for viewing at AKV.

No word yet when models may be available though.

If it helps any we asked our guide when we purchased on Feb 1 for AKV if there would be a model of AKV available for us to see on our trip in March. He said that has yet to be announced.

My Guide told me last December that they spent a lot of money building the Preview Center at SSR. So much he didn't see them moving. (It is a great sales location if you consider it's proximity to offsite guests and DTD.)

Marriott did the same thing when they built a sales center at their Grande Vista resort off International Drive. It became their official sales center for Orlando (and in the region).

But my Guide also said they would be doing model rooms. He hinted at the idea at converting some of the SSR rooms. I don't see that happening though. Not while SSR is for sale. And the room configurations will be different in size alone.

How did they handle Beach Club and Boardwalk before they were built? Wasn't it just artist renderings?

I don't know about BWV and BCV, but I do know that when they were building SSR, they had rooms at the BW Sales Center that were decorated in the SSR style.
