AKV Kidani trip

We are staying at Kidani in a one bedroom in March and my inlaws have a studio booked…is there any chance to get connecting rooms and a partial savannah view?? we had savannah view last year and LOVED it but this trip was used by points and not ours so we didn't have a say on view! So wondering what to request to increase chances of getting any sort of view. thanks

There are no connecting studios at Kidani. There are 168 Kidani studios, and all of them are part of a lockoff to a 1BR unit. Together, a studio and a 1BR create a 2BR unit. So it's actually impossible for two studios to connect.

Any request needs to go through the owner whose points you rented.

I am not requesting two studios to connect, I am requesting a one bedroom and a studio….it was booked through my in laws intrawest membership.

Like any other accommodation, you can request it, but they won't guarantee it. The only time they guarantee a connecting studio-1BR is when they are rented as a 2BR.

If you didn't book a savanna view, you probably won't get a full savanna view, but if you know the area of the building that has the standard views you want, you can request them. Standard views at Kidani in general do not face the savanna, but there may be some that have a glimpse.

You can also request that your 1 bedroom connect to your in-law's studio, but because they are separate reservations it can't be guaranteed.
