AKV Concierge (club level) and purchasing additional fastpasses....

I was wondering if any DVCers that have recently stayed at AKV CL in the past year or so have been able to purchase additional fastpasses? I was recently talking to a longtime (15+ year) Disney AKL club level employee about how we no longer get e-mails from IPL (Itinerary planning) and instead, need to contact signature services ourselves instead of them reaching out to us. He said that signature services doesn't truly consider the 5-10 DVC rooms really club level and hence do not send out e-mails. I told him that I only contacted Sign. Svcs regarding room requests and nothing more - and he said that sometimes those get forwarded to them, but not always.

Made me wonder if others were actually getting all the possible club level benefits like additional fastpasses?

AKV Club Level is eligible for the paid FP+ benefit. The Cascade Cabins at CCV and the Bungalows at PVB are also eligible.

You need to contact Disney Signature Services and the booking window is 90 days prior to your check-out date. Apparently, they consolidated the resort specific IPOs (Itinerary Planning Office) into Disney Signature Services.

I don't see the cabins or bungalows listed on their webpage and it wasn't offered during our recent stay.

I believe the cabins and bungalows are considered suites for that service. Did you call them directly disneynutz? Because if you call Member Services they always say no DVC room is eligible for that service.

Bumping - because I'd love to hear if anyone who booked any of these "signature services" room(cabins, etc.) has actually been able to book the additional, paid fastpasses.......

AKV Club is eligible. MS is often wrong about things.
