AKV Annual Dues - Budget Breakdown Information

I was compiling a comparison of the various budget components for AKV since its launch in 2007, unfortunately I cannot find the information from 2008 and was wondering if anybody could help me with the missing information in the AKV Annual Dues table below.

I bought into AKV in 2008 and all I have is the dues breakdown. I also track all the budget line items for all the resorts I own but sadly I do not have the AKV 2008 budget detail.

This will help fill in some of you blanks:

Operating Budget - 2.7756
Capital Reserves - 0.9651
Ad Valorem Taxes - 0.9725
Total Dues Assessment - 4.7132

Thanks for the infomation Rob, I bought into AKV in late 2007 and received the 2007 paperwork but never received the 2008 meeting notice with the breakdown only the dues bill online.
