My question is are the club level rooms different then the other rooms or is it possible to book club level for a few nights and a savannah or standard for the remainder and not move?

Are the club level rooms all savannah view or are they poolside too??

TIA, I know these questions have been asked a million times but I can't seem to find the threads:confused3

There are a total of five two bedroom lockoffs in Concierge. Three are Savanna view and two are pool view. They can be reserved as one bedrooms, studios or two bedrooms. But there are only five of them total. You can reserve them for as many nights as you wish as long as you have the points for those nights. They book up rather quickly, except when someone cancels the reservation, so you'll need to call day by day at 11 months out to get one of these rooms.

Thank you so much! I will be booking day by day in a month:love:

The Concierge rooms are on the 6th floor and all of the rooms on that floor are concierge rooms. If you book part of your stay at concierge level and the rest in a Savanna View or Standard View room you will have to move rooms.

Thinking about booking for an upcoming stay (we are new AKV owners). What do you get???

We just stayed in a 1 bedroom CC level room last week, and the food selections in the lounge were very nice! Most of it came from Boma and Jiko, and the desserts were so special that you needed to be there right at 8 PM when they came out to actually get them. My only complaint was that we only got turndown service one out of 5 nights. Not sure why, but it was no biggie.

We were there the last week of February and did have turndown every night.

I didn't have any desserts but my DH brought a few back to the room. The ones he had sure didn't look like Boma or Jiko. I guess he wasn't there right at 8pm.

Breakfast, snack & desserts? Please advise. Do they have drinks available for free? Any other benefits/services? 100 extra points for a week (equal to ~$1000) seems like a steep price for a few nice desserts!!! I'm guessing more comes along with being on the concierge level... fill me in!

Yes, lots of drinks all the time, and some really unusual juice choices. We loved that! The desserts are small samples of what you can buy in the restaurants there, and there are snacks all day long and lots of breakfast choices in the morning. You also get priority for booking the special safari tours at AKL, plus daily housekeeping and supposedly nightly turn down service complete with chocolates etc. As I said earlier, we actually only got that one night, so not too sure how steady that is supposed to be.
