We are booked in a 1bdrm at AKV for three nights end of Aug.'08. The first night is on points and the following 2 are cash ressie with no discount of any kind. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children 15,7&5) and this is our first trip to our "home" resort. My concerns with the 1 bdrm is that all 3 of my girls would be squished up in the living room.Last year we booked a 2 bdrm @ Saratoga and that was perfect for us.
So I was playing around on Disney.com checking out regular rooms at AKL concierge level and absolutely everything is booked, except for............................................... .....the Royal Assante Presidential. So I put a hold on the room while I give it some serious thought (and we are seriously considering it).
We are new DVC members and maybe this one last splurge would be well worth the memories.
Honestly, what would you do?

Since you booked the cash portion without any kind of discount, I assume you booked throug CRO for that. You may have to change rooms, and at the very least will have to check in and out on that day.

DVC occupancy for a 1 bedroom is 4 adults, plus a child under age 3 in a pak and play is allowed. There are also 1 BR villas at AKV with a sleeper chair allowing occupancy of 5. Please visit This Thread for any further occupancy discussion on the DVC Boards. Thank you!
