AKL vs POLY Pros & Cons

We bought 125 poly points direct about 5 years ago and we are looking to add 125 more either poly resale or AKL direct. Talk to me about pros and cons of both.

AKV and PVB Studios tend to be roughly the same difficulty to book at 7 months, with PVB being perhaps a bit more difficult. AKV one-bedrooms are relatively easy to book.

AKV Maintenance Fee is a full dollar higher than PVB, meaning you're going to start off by paying $125 more per year in MF at AKV.

The primary reason to own at AKV is to have a chance to book a Value Room or a Club Level room. These go incredibly fast, even at 11 months.

If you want to ever stay in a Value or Club room, then buy at AKV. Otherwise, I'd save the dollar per point difference and buy at PVB.
