Is this hard to get at the 11 month mark? We are hoping to do Concierge level in a 2 bedroom villa for our next trip. thanks in advance.

I just booked at the 11 month mark for a 1 bedroom CL for OCT 11th-12th-13th and it was available....then booked 3 more nights for a savannah view
at Kidani..and got it as well...this is my first trip using my regular points.
Wife and i are going Feb 1st for a week to SSR on our developer points.
and got a 2 bedroom for there with no problems either....think i should buy a few Lottery Tickets!!!!!

I called on Monday to Book concierge for next october I was two days into the 11 month window and while they didn't have a studio they did have a 1 bedroom.. If you call at the 11 month mark depending on the time of you you have a great chance.

There are a total of five 2BR lockoffs on the Concierge level. Most of them get "locked off" and rented as a 1BR and studio, leaving only one or two 2BR villas. Good luck!

Thanks! we are going the last week of January 2010 for my son's 3rd birthday. It's not a super busy time of year so I hope that works in our favor.

We got a 1 BR AK Concierge at the 7 month mark for the end of April, so I would say your chances at the 11 month in January should be pretty good.

We were lucky to get a 2bdr CL villa at AKL,our stay was last month (Oct). It's possible, good luck!

I hope you get it ! It is a great place to stay. This January is pretty full, most all of the resorts have been fully booked for the whole month of January for a while so Good Luck !!

It's hard to say. There are a total of five 2BR lockoffs on the Concierge level. I believe most of them get "locked off" and rented as a 1BR and studio. If they lock off three of them, then there would be 3 studios, 3 1BRs and 2 2BRs. If they lock off four of them there would be 4 studios, 4 1BRs and 1 2BR.

There are five stuidios avaialble on any given day. that number goes down wiht people who have booked before you for a studio and for people who have booked before you for a 2 bedroom.

what is the big draw for concierge? I mean I know it's continental breakfast but what other things ae there? I read everybody loves concierge so it must be good. is there anywhere I can read more? just wondering if this is something I should do as my first trip home

I expect it to get HARDER every month as MORE units are sold. I personally think this was an error on DVC's part. They are out there selling this as a benefit that lots of folks will NEVER be able to get.

I made a reservation this morning for AKL 1BR Concierge for June 23, 24 and 25th. I wasn't even going to ask the CM to look, figuring it would be booked, but we got lucky. Good luck!
