AKL Review - Just Back!

You know, we were there a few weeks ago and had a fridge in our room upon arrival. I assumed that housekeeping forgot to remove it after the previous guests departed, so we just used it and didn't say anything. Maybe they are starting to put them in the rooms on a permanent basis. That would be wonderful!!!! Yet another reason to stay at this fabulous resort!

Wonderful news about the refrigs.

I keep hearing wonderful things about AKL that it makes me glad that we chose it this trip.

We didn't have a fridge............. But then I was happy to just get REAL coffee.

Hey Jaded,

I was looking for those 20 year old Mets Shirts. LOL!


Everything went well - At the last minute we were able to change our flight and we got out of NY on Thursday night. It worked out so well. We stayed with Family one night in Orlando then checked into AKL Friday AM - The parks were open until 1. We went to the Magic Kingdom and "walked on" rides. After that we ate and got back to the Hotel. We stayed in the room all night but they offered free PPV movies. All Disney of course!

Saturday only Animal Kingdom was closed and by Sunday all was back to normal. It went well! Thanks for the concern!

Also to a previous poster - From what I remember - ARcade only took bills!
