I saw that the 2004 rates are finally listed on Disney's website.
A quick look showed that most rooms didn't have any increase for next year.
Animal Kingdom Lodge, however had quite a few decreases .
A deluxe water/pool view went down $65 in value season and $55 in the other 3 seasons.
Some other rooms decreased by 5, 10 and even 35 dollars.
Also noticed a new phone number listed to use when you want to book a suite or anything higher.
