Officially, yes, but most people I know swim til midnight or later. The lifeguard does leave at some point and at that point the slide is closed.

The official time can vary.

Pool is open 24 hours, lifeguard on duty varying hours.

You will see signs saying when a lifeguard is on duty. The slide is also closed except for when the lifeguards are on duty. The lifeguards are usually on duty longer hours in the summer than winter. I think that is correct.
