AKL or WL and poly question?

hi I have finaly narrowed my choices down to Animal Kningdom Lodge and Wilderness Lodge at WDW.
Which would be most recomended, and which would be most suited to a 5year old?

Also WL is not avilalble on the virgin website to book for 2007? Is it usally avilable

I love the look of the poly however is it so expensive compared to AKL and WL, so I was thinking is it possible to book the hotel just for a few nights combiend with a longer stay at AKL and WL, with VH? I don't really fancy booking direct as I pefer to book every thing together.

Its probably that it is not in the 'preview' section for after April 2007 but will be in the main brochure for the whole of 2007, all WDW are usually available with VH. Having stayed at AKL and WL they are both fab hotels. If you plan on staying at the Poly then I would suggest the AKL for the remainder of the trip as WL is in the same area as the Poly but AKL is not. The Poly is usually so much more as it is a monorail resort whereas AKL and WL are not.
Hmmm as regards the 5 year old both AKL and WL would be fine, but perhaps AKL may swing it if they like to watch the animals, and the pool is fab with zero entry and a slide.

I don't think you would be disappointed at either the AKL or WL

I have stayed at the AKL and visited the WL for meals and both are great

If your 5 year old is keen on animals then I really recommend the AKL. My DDs loved it here
