AKL Itenerary Planning Office

Hi all am i the only one that can never ever get through to the AKL Itenerary Planning Office? I try and try day after day and all that happens is I get put through to the answering machine. This happens everytime I call. The last time I left a message it was 5 days...yup 5 days before they returned my call. The number I am calling is 407-938-4755. Am I just that unlucky when it comes to this? Or do other folks have the same problem? I don't get it. This happened a couple months when I called and now agian. Is there a better time to call??? Thank you!!!

I've had the same experience trying to get through by phone but was called back earlier than 5 days later. Most of my interaction with them has been through email and I've had very good luck with that.

THanks Lisas. I might have to give that a try. Although I much perfer the phone because I have quite a few questions. Do they usually respond to the emails in a decent amount of time?

It has usually taken more than 24 hours to get a response to my emails but my questions haven't been urgent so it wasn't a problem.

I have only had email work. I don't think that they like to talk on the phone.
