You could go either way, and personal view is to choose Kidani regardless of which you choose. It has dedicated 2BRs that are larger than Jambo, have two queens in the second bedroom, a pull-out queen and twin size sleeper chair in the living room, and three bathrooms. Those can very comfortably hold 6 a piece.
The Kidani 2-story GVs have the combined liviing room, dining room and Kitchen, that provide ample space for a group of 12 and its floor to 2nd-floor ceiling windows in the living room provide fantastic views. It actually has sleeping spaces for 14 — a king in the downstairs masters, two queens in each of the upstairs bedrooms, a queen pull-out couch in the living room, and a queen pull-out couch in the alcove at the top of the stairs on the second floor, where there is also a table, dresser, and TV. It has four bathrooms, the master, another near the front entry door and two upstairs,
As to being able to get a Kidani GV, they are usually open seven months out from mid-Jan to late Sep, but much more iffy in the high demand season that runs from late Sep to marathon weekend in Jan.
