Old non dated ticket now expires

I have a (really) old non dated 6 day can res ticket that, up until recently, said "expires 2099". I checked today and it now states it expires this October. Going to need to make a call. Kept old screenshots.

Anyone know anything about this?

Yes, my ticket (purchased in 2016) says the same. I'll be using it before then so didn't worry about it but it definitely shouldn't expire.

My tickets, purchased in May 2017, now say they expire Dec 31, 2030. Very odd. I was hoping to use them in 2029, but they aren't supposed to expire at all as far as I understand. I'm glad I checked.

Mine (that were never supposed to expire) have shown an expiry date of Dec 31, 2030 for a few years now.

I think mine at one point years ago said 2030, then switched to 2099, now this.

Im going to argue that I want current value of the tickets (at a average price date) credited to my account. I think that's the least I'd accept; i mean as ticket prices continue to go up i am kinda losing out still considering i should be able to keep them forever/longer.

I feel like I paid around $240 for them.

...or switch back to 2099 of course.

Definitely push for a non-expiry date as originally promised. They won't give you current value, likely just what you originally paid for them which gets you nothing these days.

Called and the cast member said that it was still showing 2099 on her end. She said she looked at 2 different places and they both said 2099 and that she was able to book park passes (which are necessary for these) beyond the October 2026 expiry date that is showing on my end.

She said that it is just a glitch and nothing to worry about...that it should change back at some point but not sure when.

With regards to value, I had another one of these I used a few years back and had them switch it to a park hopper for free, as I had 4 other family members with newly purchased 6 day hoppers. I mentioned that to this lady and she said that that was a one time customer curtesy.
