AKL Concierge...Wow!!!

I am a bit confused - are all the 1 bedroom concierge savannah view rooms HA?

We have only 2 HA concierge villas: 6202 & 6205. Both are savannah view one-bedrooms. Room 6208 is the only non-HA one-bedroom concierge villa with savannah view.
All of the rooms on the 62 side are savannah view, while the rooms on the 64 side are pool view.
There are 4 one-bedroom concierge villas (including the 2 HA) and 5 concierge studios.

According to the floor plans, there are a total of 5 2BR lockoffs. Locking all of them off would make five studios and five 1BR villas, not four, correct?

I have worked with both Don and Melissa and they are awesome. They truly are so kind and go out of their way to make you feel special. I'd like to send a note about each of them.

Has anyone had difficulty booking Concierge? We were fortunate to get our days right off, but are thinking of booking another trip with Concierge (at the 11 month window) - anyone not gotten it when they wanted?

I called today to reserve September AKV Studio Concierge for a Sun - Wed and there were none available. I realize it's been available for a while though, we just joined last week though so it was our first opportunity. We booked a SV studio and got on the waitlist for the Concierge studio. Fingers crossed!

Me. I waitlisted for Dec 1, 2007 studio concierge exactly 8 minutes after reservations were being taken for conceirge last June. The waitlist never did come through.

We are VWL owners. I realized that with so few Concierge villas available, that AKV owners would have these units booked before the 7 month window came around. Back during the summer, the concierge units were available to be booked by AKL members about 2 weeks before the rest of DVC could book them. I called the first day that we could about 9 am and I was able to get it for us. I hope it was not my only time to stay at that level. Even without club level, we will be back to AKV many times and I will enjoy booking a guaranteed savannah view.
