AKL Cash booking

Does anyone know if you can book AKV with a cash night linked to point reservation through MS?

I ask because I know at BWV you can't book certain views with cash (discounted or not)

Next December (08) we are going for 7 nights and I have enough for standard view (2 bedroom), I was thinking of booking 6 with points and the first night cash to get a savanna view, wondering if this would be possible

If you make a cash reservation through MS, the points reservation and cash reservation can be linked. It will be just like one stay, check in once, check out once.

But if you make a cash reservation through CRO and points through MS, they cannot be linked. You will have to check out and check back in. You may have to move. I would bet that the AKV Concierge villas could not be reserved on cash. Not sure about the others.

Don't know about the Concierge Villas but we were able to book a Value Studio with a cash ressie for 3 n. next July... I would think that they would have a few of each type of room in the Developer Inventory that are available for cash.
