I'm just wondering how big are they? Can four people sit out there?
Is there chairs?

They didn't seem big enough to me for four people. There are two chairs, a small table and a little footstool.

I think 2 (maybe 3) is about all that can sit out there.... there was room for my 2 sons and myself...
