I was able to get a dinner reservation for Le Cellier for 1/18 at 4:20 PM. We already have Akershus reserved for that evening.

We are eating at CRT earlier in the week, but with only 1 day planned at Epcot (we will be there for 6 full days), we cannot eat at both places.

So... which should I keep?

If it were my choice I would pick Akerhaus. The food is outstanding and the service wonderful. We ate (finally) at Le Cellier and once was enough. The food was good- for steak the yachtsman is 100 times better. The service rushed. It is also very crowded. We were seated in between 2 tables and when one went to exit, the poor woman had her butt on our table (thats how close they are). Not very appetizing- but not really her fault. (short of crawling under the table there was nothing she could do)

Are you on the dining plan? If so, Akersus is a great value with the kids. At Le Cellier they will just get a kid's meal, but at Akershus you'll get a photo package, all you can eat meal, and lots of princess interaction. If you are paying out of pocket, it will be much more expensive to go to Akershus over Le Cellier with 2 adults and 2 children.

I haven't eaten at Le Cellier....we have reservations for both Akershus and Le Cellier on our upcoming trip in a few weeks. I think we'll be there the same time you are. We did love Akershus - the food was very good and our daughters got to meet 5 princesses.

Our kids are not at all interested in Le Cellier - but we'd like to try it out for the food... and also feel like we scored a reservation so we should use it!
I've been checking availability for Akershus regularly for the week of Jan 17 and it looks like there is plenty of availability.

Thanks for the input! Yes, the Le Cellier reservation just feels like such a lucky find that I cannot let go of it... !

Well, I have decided to keep both :-) Yes, we are on the DDP (we will be there from 1/13- 1/19, ay POFQ). I just added an extra day at Epcot.

Now I just have to tweak the rest of my schedule because I took out DHS. And I think that I may just leave it out...

What time is the Le Celliers? If it's late you could always go in for just soup or something and pay OOP. But I would stick with Akerhus with 2 little girls.

I would stick with Akershus. My girls loved the place and the interaction with the princesses was priceless.

We are doing Akershus since we have 3 girls.. They would be bored at Le Cellier...but we did eat there in 2003, the night we got engaged!!! So, it has a special place in my heat. Enjoy the trip. We'll be there in 21 days!
