It comes under the category of Brunost cheeses. In the US, Ski Queen's Gjetost, made with goat's milk, is readily available in many supermarkets. I don't know whether Akershus uses that particular brand or some other.The brown sweet Norwegian cheese (not sure what it's called) is my favorite part. I hope that is still offered!
Edit: I just looked at the Akershus menu. While the lunch menu just says "imported cheeses", the breakfast menu explicitly mentions Gjetost. I used to think that Gjetost was a brand name, which would make it precisely the Ski Queen product I mentioned above, but the Wikipedia page suggests that in Scandinavia, gjetost is a generic term for a Brunost (brown cheese) made from goat's milk.
